In conformity with the Transparency Directive the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

 

As at 30^th April 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of 436,986,529 Ordinary 0.5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 8,017,080 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, as at 30^th April 2024, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 428,969,449.

 

The above figure (428,969,449) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
