30/1/2020 08:26 | Looks like MM's have wind of news on the way this morning or a very large buy order has been placed. Max buy online 15 shares at 65p. Looks like the share price may push up again. With £9 millions worth of new business announced in Dec it's about time the market and investors wake up to the potential. IMO DYOR | vfast

04/1/2020 11:08 | Just to clarify:- Slater Investments have the equivalent to the same amount of shares before the placing and fund raising. Woodgate is a new major shareholder and took part in the placing of new shares as did Canacord Genuity. All the old major shareholders have less percentage due to the placing of the new shares. Slater, Bottomley and Campbell have NOT sold shares but have less percentage of the company's share capital due to the new shares. New major shareholders and their percentage. Canaccord Genuity Group 1,100,00 13.4% Slater Investments Limited 896,750 10.9% Mr R Millington and family 615,125 7.5% Herbert Stuart Bottomley 562,625 6.8% Mr R Singleton 300,000 3.6% Mr William Campbell 278,125 3.4% Christopher Neil Woodgate 250,500 3.0% | vfast

10/12/2019 12:50 | Interesting the company say the Placing was oversubscribed. Journeo plc ("Journeo" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has raised gross proceeds of £1.2 million as a result of an oversubscribed Placing that was announced earlier today. Terms and expressions in this announcement will have the same meaning as in that announcement. Have added a few more shares today at 51.8p. Hoping this moves backup in the near future. | vfast
10/12/2019 10:11 | Disappointing with the share placing and dilution but hopefully the money raised will accelerate the company’s progression regarding technology and order wins. On a more positive note the order wins that were announced today look very encouraging for next year. We need to see the technology and order wins start benefiting the shareholders moving forward. | vfast
10/12/2019 09:55 | How nice and convenient for the Directors to pick up shares at 50p when they were trading over 70p last week. Stitch up? | zoolook
10/12/2019 08:16 | Very positive trading update news. The share news all classic example of small investors do not matter IMHO. | dealit
10/12/2019 08:10 | "The New Ordinary Shares, assuming full take-up, will represent approximately 41.18 per cent. of the Company's existing issued share capital. Directors; Russ Singleton, Mark Elliot and Jamie Cumming are intending to subscribe for 112,250, 100,000 and 25,000 New Ordinary Shares respectively at the Placing Price in the Placing. Under the AIM Rules, the Director's participation in the Placing constitutes a related party transaction. Nick Lowe, who is not participating in the Placing, and so constitutes an independent Director for the purposes of the Placing considers, having consulted with WH Ireland, that the terms of the related party transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as the Shareholders are concerned." It is so kind of the broker to speak up for the private shareholders in this way, and exclude them from the worry having to take part in the book building exercise. | weatherman
10/12/2019 08:05 | Good news on trading. Not so good on dilutive placing. Why not issue the good trading news, then book build for fresh funding at a higher price with less dilution for existing long suffering shareholders, or have an open offer? | weatherman
09/12/2019 18:40 | Yes, it is disappointing and has dropped on sellers off loading the shares. That is the only reason I can see for the drop. Hopefully the buyers will comeback in with any positive news. I will admit I was hoping to read some contract wins by now surely we must hear something soon! | vfast
09/12/2019 18:09 | I would have thought an announcement on contracts is needed. | dealit
09/12/2019 16:26 | Hmm 'invariably' and 'often' don't go together ;-) Thanks Weatherman. I am hoping it is something along those lines. Bought more at 50p | zoolook
09/12/2019 16:08 | Crumbs - dropping like a stone. Any theories? | zoolook
06/12/2019 08:31 | Seems like an opportunity. Bought at the sell price of 57p. Not had that before | zoolook
06/12/2019 01:11 | -17.86% on the first day | nod
05/12/2019 22:34 | You know, if you tick the boxes on the editing panel to the thread it will display graphs and RNS news. Edit - thanks. | weatherman
05/12/2019 19:55 | This company was originally Toad (TGP) and then 21st Century Technology (C21). Scepticism therefore is apt, but for what it is worth here is a discussion page. !FOLLOWFEED | kazoom |
