CMA would likely prevent it. They looked at one of Menzies small, previous acquisitions.

Far more important is that HNA assets are being seized. Sale of Swissport will open up the floodgates for consolidation in this space.

I'm out for now. Don't like the apparent delay in TU and can't help feeling that the coronavirus scare isn't going to help flight schedules or sentiment towards aviation stocks. This feels likely to me to add to the problems in 1H (in particular the reference to 737 Max grounding). Then I think there's probably going to be an increase in pension deficit due to lower discount rates.

So too many potential headwinds for me, for now. Having been in for most of the last 10+ years, I shall probably be back at some point.
