My understanding is that NAS have actually bought the shares. this announcement talks about "unconditional" agreement to acquire with settlement "on or before 4 March"


and then this announcement seems to show the purchases at section 3.a.i.

Surely they would have announced "no deal" if that was the case.
No point in extending otherwise... especially if you have 18% @ 605p.

Yes it’s worth holding for a possible 8% when you can literally buy anything in the U.K. with upside of 20-30%

Some have sold up and moved on.

Some have sold part and are waiting... like me (half).

All those RNS surely means things are progressing.

About 8% upside from here.

Worth holding on for the final confirmed offer...

Or cashing in now and taking even more advantage of all the decimated stocks around!
