31/1/2019 12:41 | JKX Oil & Gas with assets in Ukraine and Russia in early 2019 reached the average daily production of 5,129 barrels (boepd), which is 38.3% more than the average figure for the fourth quarter of 2018, the company reported on the London Stock Exchange.According to the report, this result was achieved thanks to the successful testing of the IG103 wellbore, as a result of which the productivity of this well continues to exceed expectations and recently amounted to about 1,600 boepd, while the estimated production from it exceeds 30 million cubic meters. In accordance with the presentation of JKX, last year it increased natural gas production by 4.6%, to 181 million cubic meters, oil extraction by 6.3%, to 34,000 tonnes. The company said that in 2019 it intends to increase production in Ukraine thanks to new drilling and other measures, including research and 3D seismic exploration.Interfax Ukraine | jaka

29/1/2019 08:38 | Nice of the baron to disclose such info after the rns. When did he buy these 1.5 mill shares? Have not seen volume for weeks that would cover that, moreover the price slipped from 43p to 33 in the last 3 weeks? Anyway welcome aboard Barron. | s1zematters
29/1/2019 08:21 | Baron Day Trading a significant holder: "Alongside #RPT, I have also acquired a 0.9% stake in O&G biz #JKX. My fam own c0.6% too. Am delighted to note that IG103 has ave'd 1,796boepd - the biggest new well (over 1 month) since '06. Suggests group boepd closer to 10k now. Will fully expand on valuation, R&R when back" | cf456
29/1/2019 08:19 | LOLS look like the nomad is reading the thread. replacement RNS now issued showing the correct q4 figure of 3707 boepd. | s1zematters
29/1/2019 07:58 | don't also forget they put on $13 million into the cash in hand figure in Q4 alone, effectually wiping out the overhanging bond issue. Now it becomes clear why all the bod and even ones wife bought shares recently! Group BOEPD is now over 10K , it's printing money thanks the doubling of gas price in Ukraine and also has cash in bank- all this for a a market cap of just £60 million I expect the good news to continue here! Happy to hold. | s1zematters
29/1/2019 07:44 | Why is this so cheap should be much higher. | blueball
29/1/2019 07:25 | looking good. I think the company may have actually underplayed the rise in production. as per production update a few weeks back Ukraine production was Ukraine, boepd 3,707 (not 4013), it is now 5,129 . higher prices, lower tax and increase in production augers well here. | s1zematters

10/1/2019 15:40 | Also the new tax regime kicked in jan 1st which is highly preferable. | gregpeck7
10/1/2019 10:47 | Ok we se a slight dip in q4 production due to work overs and future planned work overs. The hidden jem in that statement is the increase in price realised per $/Mcf ($/Mm(3 ) in the period of 13%, which more than covers the slight production blip. Also note cash had jumped up $13 million since September and they hold cash of $19 million! The group without the exceptional none cash asset write downs is set to make over $15 million profit for 2018/19 and with cash held now covering the once worrying outstanding bond and a market cap of just £63 million the p/e is ridiculously low and this hiccup in the share price should soon be rectified over the next few weeks/months. | s1zematters |
