gregpeck7 - It's not just the annual report. Each year at the end of March JKX give a preliminary update on the years trading. In previous years it's been on the 29 March, but this year it was supposed to be on the 31st. The publication of the annual report is normally a couple of weeks later.

This is just the annual report which is backward looking and a summary. We will have q1 production report in 2 weeks... Jkx release rns all through the day.. I'm confident it will land at some point today.. and we can all have a good read. I'm sure it will under pin a 15p per share valuation. Totally bonkers.

patience a virtue - what you say might be true. However, every day lots of companies are releasing updates and trading statements. I'm not having a pop at JKX, merely pointing out that they haven't provided (so far) the preliminary announcement they said they would.

gregpeck - I hope you are right.

woodstock - I'm happy to be lenient in these difficult corona virus times, but if it's not happening today I would expect a short RNS letting us know there is a delay.

On 21 March 2020, the FCA issued a strong request to all London listed companies to observe a moratorium on the publication of financial statements for a minimum of two weeks, due to the unprecedented global outbreak of coronavirus ('COVID-19'). On 23 March 2020, the FRC issued an announcement requesting companies and their auditors delay other corporate reports, such as final audited financial statements.

I know the annual report is coming soon, but according to their web site they were due to make a preliminary announcement on the 31st of March. I suppose the days not over yet, but these things normally happen at 7.00.

In for 50,000 at 15p. I know it's a terrible time to be in oil and gas, but these look outstanding value. Other than JKX shares I'm all cash. Lets hope for a good update on Tuesday.

Also remember the stake in unb.. they own 10 percent. A few people think that is worth the mkt cap alone..

Quite interesting this....i'm new to it so hopefully my numbers are roughly correct.

A low market cap of $62m, BUT $20m in cash, $4m of inventory and potentially $12m coming from the Ukraine Government.

If that all materialises then you're getting a debt free, profitable oiler for broadly $26m.
