Change in Group Finance Director

In light of the Group's recent relocation of its head office operations from
Bournemouth to Leeds, the Group announces that Mike Forder is stepping down from
his role as Group Finance Director and will resign from the Board on 24 July
2007. Mr. Forder currently remains a director of the Group and will continue to
carry out his executive duties, including the preparation and presentation of
the results for the year to 31 March 2007, which are expected to be announced on
28 June 2007.

Andrew David Merrick, aged 45, will be joining the Board on 2 July and will take
over the role of Group Finance Director from 24 July 2007. Andrew joins the
Group with significant finance experience in both the travel and financial
services sectors. He is currently Director of Finance at Bradford & Bingley plc
and between 1988 and 1997 held a number of senior positions at Thomas Cook Group
Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and was
a former Associate of the Institute of Bankers.

Commenting, Philip Meeson, Chairman and Chief Executive, said "I would like to
thank Mike for his significant contribution to the Group's development since
1998. I am also pleased to welcome Andrew Merrick to the Board who, I am sure,
will make a valuable contribution in the years to come.".
