Block admission 
 
Following the Company's notification of block admission information issued 
earlier today, the Company has applied for 500,000 new ordinary shares of 1.25p 
each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM under a new block 
admission.  The block admission relates to Ordinary Shares which could be issued 
pursuant to the exercise of options under employee share option schemes in the 
future. 
 
It is anticipated that the admission will become effective on 6 October 2010.
