01/12/2005 08:59 | Got my 10K top up on limits order at 13.8p VERY NICE. | terry91
01/12/2005 08:49 | Morning all. I can not even buy 10K on line with TDW. Comdirect quotes 100K on bid 50k offer yet I can not buy. Only 1 mm on the offer. | terry91
01/12/2005 00:12 | Not to get too carried away i would like the views of a poster with greater skills of accountancy to post what they think. And also from memory JQV have failed to meet some pretty sky high forcasts in the past but they did ask a bit too much too soon. However in their latest results if you take away the exceptionals the company made 2.91p EPS, not asking too much to meet next years forcast of 3.8p. Maybe it's the lack of dividends that go against JQV, surely a small payment next year if progress continues. I think it's a steal. | quotes_4_u
30/11/2005 23:59 | This stock is more than interesting, it's totally undervalued at the current price. Here is some more figures. Net debt at 28th July 03 was 8 million. Net debt at 13th Jan 04 was 5.5 million. Net debt at 6th July 04 was 4.3 million. Net debt at 13th Jan 05 was 1.9 million. Net debt at 7th July 05 was 0.6 million. In 2 years they have almost elimated net debt. You go back to the restructuring and the Baird acquisition and this is why they have had a lot of exceptional costs in recent results over the past 2 years, this should stop or be reduced greatly from now on. As before only one broker follows JQV and they have a EPS forcast for 2006 of 3.8p, with net debt elimated from the strong cashflow the company will continue to generate cash, they seem to be generating 4 million a year going by the last 2 years, i'm hope i'm not posting the wrong info because i'm not totally clued up with accounts but JQV is forcast to make some 6 million profits next year and if the cashflow rate from last few years continue they will be debt free and have net cash of 4 million by the end of 2006. And with so much of the stock held by major shareholders and new holders from tonight announcing notable stakes this has to be a buy. It's only on a PER of 4. | quotes_4_u
30/11/2005 21:16 | quotes_4_u maybe the one that comments on that one mate, but look back this company was 20 million in debt now looking at debt free. Not even saying take over, who knows but at least 55% of the share in free hands now so less for the MM's to play with. Getting interesting. | terry91
30/11/2005 20:53 | Terry91 if there is a takeover bid, what do you feel is a fair price. | sigora
30/11/2005 20:44 | Bet the sellers today are going to kick them selves. In for more tomorrow if I can get 14p for size and release some funds. Was 1 offer today. sneeky RNS as well after the close I wonder why? New holder will not give his/ her name. Loverly | terry91
30/11/2005 20:31 | "(acting as agents for its discretionary clients)" Came out of the blue. Get this there are 2 large institutional holders in this share, they have 52% of the shares issued. Waillim Ltd(dup) 50,627,173 26.31 Schroder Unit Trusts Ltd 48,651,827 25.25 Given that this new holder now has 3% we now have 53% held by 3 holders. i smell take over or a rush in the share price as less than 40% of total shares un accounted for. Loverly | terry91
