Certainly looks well positioned and excited to see what happens. I was just a little concerned on the lack of transparency around retail participation. Always reassuring to see the views of other through their applications but with no disclosure makes me think it wasn't supported by the retail

I think it’s a case is seeing through the near term difficulty and looking at the opportunity beyond, others have ploughed billions into this space with mounting losses there will be a winner and the prize will be very big in the medium term

Thanks I saw that they could raise up to that amount but if does not state what was raised although other retail offers disclose the amount raised like Compass

The current share price is higher than the beginning of April 2019,
which given the current backdrop is most remarkable.

Nice day for Mark!.

From the RNS on the retail offer: “It is a term of the Retail Offer that the total value of Retail Shares available for subscription at the Placing Price does not exceed €8 million equivalent.”

Hi does anyone know what was raised by the company from the retail allocation . I have read the announcement but it doesn't show and would have expected the company to disclosed what was raised given they put out out two fund raising announcements and no mention of the retail allocation

So far, so good. Took a position with PrimaryBid yesterday and was rather wary given no price was provided. With the 8% discount, the price is not cheap but presumably shows how strong the underlying business is seen to be.

A lot depends on how any recovery develops next year.

There are arguably lower risk recovery plays. Think it's worth watching for possible
future opportunities. I dont hold.

t's highest share price was around £4.40 ish maybe £4.60. With everything that's going on, I can't see the share price revisiting that level anytime soon. It's simply the company trying to strengthen their balance sheet. There are plenty of good recovery stocks out there where you'll likely do much better.

You can always add in the open market, although there will be very large % moves tomorrow would expect.

Mark putting in £90 million,
that's chunky, even by his standards.

That's why I posted, I had the email and was wondering about the merits of investing. If it's now closed I missed the boat but I'm not too bothered tbh. Good luck to those who took it up.

Apparently the PrimaryBid offer is closed already. It was open for less than two hours. Did they already get the participation they wanted? Seems very fast.

Any of you currently invested? I'm considering the Primary Bid offer to retail investors for their Rights issue. Never done either

Not much thought here. I've just had an email with regards to participating. I'm not sure I should

Loadsa profits to be had here, or does one sit it out. Hmm, at 2% yield it's tempting to sell and buy some stuff when things eventually settle down, and I wouldn't bank on a V-shaped recovery.
