21mill done, conservative assume 30% is them...so 7mill out..another 2mill to go...so 6mill volume they are out...obviously if they have a higher volume % then means you miss getting volume at cheapest price...mms will shut down buying and use spreads to make you pay higher ...so sensible if wanting to buy not to wait till end??
