So there we have confirmation that Premier Miton were the sellers; they've gone from holding 4,762,000 shares to just 540,000, this was all after taking 5m shares in the IPO at £2 each... so they've lost about £5m on that transaction... you wonder why they bother?!

Octopus have taken 1m of them, I'd imagine that the rest went to other II's that took part in the IPO to a lesser extent - I note in Amati's half year report that they invested £1.7m at IPO, so if they doubled their investment at a near 50% discount it would make a lot of sense.

Suspect this recovers quite nicely over the next few days / weeks.

Have bought in this morning, yesterday's volume was noteworthy considering there are only 52m shares in issue, it suggested that a buyer and seller had been negotiating a price in the background and the market had been walked down to allow the transaction to take place.

As TopgunNS says, a P/S of less than 1 makes this cheap, especially when comparing against Sosandar, they reported HY sales of £12.2m today and have a market cap of £65m with £7m cash. Last reported cash at ITS was £11.9m at 31st March.

SOS have an EV to sales of £58m / £25m (annualised) = 2.32

ITS have an EV to sales of £50m / £60m (sales likely to be higher) = 0.83

There appears to be a significant disconnect in light of the recent 40% fall, I suspect its due to illiquidity and the aforementioned seller wanting out. Fingers crossed for a solid recovery.

So help me out here. March 20-March 21 was at least 44.7 million and then increased by 50 percent for March to August 2021. So run rate of around 67 million. Current market cap 65 million. Yes profit hugely affected by returns/shipping but there is plenty of hope for the future here surely. P/S of less than 1

Swe what tomorrow brings, hopefully a rebound from friday of not i will continue to average down.Seems to be quite prominent on the Asda website, one of the first advertisments on womanswear. Obvious issues with logistics but hopefully these can be resolved. Good increase of sales and hopefully this can increase alot more. Selling on the Next website also good, making lots of good partners.

Optimistic this has strong growth potential, supported by the excellent sales numbers reported

Also see ITS are on the Next website. Looks promising, fingers crossed.

Just passing through on a possible bottom fishing journey, but feel there's no rush here, just yet.

Took a small position now, kept some cash back to average down if need be. I like aot about the business and tie up with ASDA could be good. Asked my Partner if she had used the site and she seems to like the products
