Don't be silly. Craven is described as an industry heavyweight, he's not going to be in charge of a company with a 0.2p share price. 20p for starters maybe." During a distinguished career working in the global gaming sector, Mr. Craven has been credited with both building and turning around many struggling businesses by driving digital-first innovation. During his six-year tenure as Managing Director of The Tote, a UK gaming group, he successfully led the company in its transition from a statutory state monopoly into a thriving private enterprise. In earlier roles as the CEO of gaming software businesses, Mr. Craven placed himself at the forefront of digital innovation in the sector. As a co-founder of digital media giant UPC/Chello, Mr. Craven was a pioneer of broadband and digital content services, creating successful mass-market gaming products and services for a Pan-European market.

They paid liabilities; they are taking £1 nominal salary. They want RTO at a big price.

Rally in the close? It could break 2.5p. MMS hid the morning buys, too; two lots of 171K just put thru, they were bought at 10:34. If they are hiding these trades, think about the larger trades they are hiding

I doubt that they will raise cash below 2p, with the calibre of the new directors. I would expect a lot higher price, but perhaps the market already knows the price hence taking it to 2p. At 2p the.chances of making money are greater than the chances of losing money imho.

Classification: Ramp.

The price we are looking at today has no bearing on what went before: a company that no longer exists. A multi-million pound co that almost folded and the share price fell from £2.50 to 0.17p. Which is precisely why it can shamelessly shed 500% in a day or gain 1000%.

Mr market hasnt a clue.

But all that is irrelevant.

We don’t know what this company is about to become.

We know that we have new active ex-billion dollar co CEO / director(s) with excellent connections. We know a fair bit of history. We can now speculate on possibilities.

We know we are apparently taxiing along a new 60 day runway preparing for take-off to a higher altitude. Per RNS.

A medium company reversing into this could lead to an explosive re rate many times the current, now somewhat random, share price. (Btw only 50M shares). Mkcap less than 1M.

If/when a deal is announced. Big Things can happen in the blink of an eyelid.

So we may be witnessing a short trader spike right now. But will anyone holding want to risk missing the potential big one? Tough decision. Anticipation, given the chance, will likely take us into the foothills with gullies. One has to make that decision and then, if foolish/brave, ignore the volatility.

I Try not to be greedy - keep my holding below stress levels so as to keep my nerve. Spreads remain prohibitive to trading, though some will try.

Shell with negotiations announced and clues from market activity pre RNS all very positive.

I rate this as a rare and ‘speculiar ‘ opportunity.

There, I’ve jinxed it now.

Belated good morning, all my friends, fans and followers.

It's time we help Phil to make £80K here at 5p.

Who knows, 2.0p could come very quickly today, then whoosh, 2.5p?

The Crew is backing ITS again. MMS Got very angry with the team last week, and when we smashed and grabbed, pushed it to 2.5p. We were merely testing the ground for eventually 9.11p

After doing more research I think you've barking up the wrong tree. Allwyn bought Camelot's UK division including the hardware. All they need to do is rebrand it. Also ITS new director Craven has left Allwyn, booted out by the sound of it.That'll teach me to listen to random folk on bulletin boards.

The speculation is on Allwyn UK division reversing into ITS. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13157556/filing-historyIt makes sense that a huge capital injection would be required if new lottery operator was to roll out new hardware in Feb 2024 when they officially take control of UK national lottery. An IPO would take too long as they would need to be placing orders now for new hardware and software to be designed and manufactured in 6 months. An RTO would raise capital in a month or two rather than 6+ months in the case of IPO. All this has to be in the bag by 27th Sept so it has been in the pipeline for months while they were keeping an eye out for a shell.
