Encarter, you see it as a negative, I see it as a positive. He was instrumental in winning UK national lottery. Once he had won the bid, he'd done his job and stepped down. His next job for David is to get Allwyn listed on LSE rather than the US listing they pulled out of 2 days after winning UK National Lottery. He can better do that from the outside without the day to day hassle of being CEO of Allwyn. Just a positive spin, probably miles off but it's a interesting theory.

Loads of big 911 trades ending before the rally started. They have bought 10% of the company today, squeezing the tight float.

Perhaps they need a decent MCAP for the RTO.

A 10-bagger is plausible here.

encarter, we don't know. The ITSARM website shows significant holders and I've got 2.88% and their will be others hovering around with the same.

encarter, I love your enthusiasm but unless the current shareholders of Allwyn already hold most of ITS stock, they are not going to give away £525m of their business to strangers.

Anywhere between 5p - 15p is more realistic but all depends on whether ITS stockholders are friends of Allwyn owners.
