I sold some of my lots below 1.30p. I will start liquidating tomorrow. I bought them today below 1.30p. I am not taking the risk of administration in no vote

To keep #ITS listed you need 25% of shares in issue to vote AGAINST the delisting

So IT needs holders of 5.5m shares to hold and vote against it to retain the listing or listing is gone

If you want to keep it every vote counts, #MCL delisted after being £1k shares short of 25%


I hope he does not mind me posting here -

Same thing did happen to me before, and as soon as that companys delisting RNS was rejected, the management put the company into administration immediately -

That is a pitfall -

Only hope is a lowball white knight -
