Anyone who thinks they will ever see that £1.2m is deluded. They will run the sham and relist at 0.25 something.

Delisting means your money is gone. They can still put it in administration too.

Salvage what you can.

Maybe a dead cat bounce P&D at 0.2p next or so

The "mechanism" I was referring to is the ability to at least use the £1.2mill proceeds as cash shell ON the LSE -

That would provide some liquidity -

The fact there is NO mechanism even to trade OFF-MARKET says it all -

To keep #ITS listed you need 25% of shares in issue to vote AGAINST the delisting

So IT needs holders of 5.5m shares to hold and vote against it to retain the listing or listing is gone

If you want to keep it every vote counts, #MCL delisted after being £1k shares short of 25%


I hope he does not mind me posting here -

Same thing did happen to me before, and as soon as that companys delisting RNS was rejected, the management put the company into administration immediately -

That is a pitfall -

Only hope is a lowball white knight -

When these stocks are pumped all over Twitter etc, you know it’s best to give them a very wide berth. 8/10 of these tiddlers will simply go bust in a rising interest rate environment, which will stay elevated for some time.

Mate theres knack all of the £1.2 million that will find its way to shareholders. The only think you will be left with is a great big stramimg pile of debt while the CEO and his mates ride off into the sunset.
