Ithaca Energy plc (ITH) makes the following announcement in respect of certain disclosable transactions carried out by one of its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") on 5 June 2024

Grant of deferred bonus award to PDMRs

On 5 June 2024, the Company granted a nil-cost option to acquire ordinary shares in the Company, subject to the rules of the Ithaca Energy Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "Plan"), to the PDMRs listed below:
