Writing as a holder for 9 years....The board and senior management should be embarassed over their handling of the FPF fiasco. The fact that not one high profile head has rolled for it is shameful in my opinion. The fact is that but for the hedges the company wouldn't be around at least in its present form.To get the timeframe on a refit wrong by over two years is ineptitude on a large scale. To issue options when the price was bombed largely off the back of such ineptitude also grates.Ive sold some today to limit my exposure to hookup execution risk but continue to hold. But I won't be singing this management's praises for this fiasco.

Id be very surprised if we have to wait that long gersemi....end of July is my guess. Id be even more surprised if Delek don't swallow us up or at least take another chunk soon enough! What must they be thinking??...given the share price rise so far and the fact Ithaca will be the prettiest girl in the show with the lowest production costs in the whole of the North Sea....that is some achievement and a nod to the board we have running IAE....roll on end of July.

Given the huge lead times on O&G projects and signifcant decline rates on Athena, it would be nice to have seen some more detail on plans for projects post GS start up.

Come on Ithaca. Sort it out please.

Broker FinnCap upped their target for Ithaca from 65p to 96p last week.

Agreed, they must of have talks and a contingency plan for such a result...things will settle and the world is still spinning...IAE still blue with lots to look forward to.
Many funds are escalating the sitiation by shorting thus causing further panic....once they have had their fill calm will return.

Read about this chap who shorted the £ on Thursday...Friday he was £220m up. GIT.

bit quiet her today chaps....nice to see blue again though. It saddens me to see the MM's steal shares from nervous PI's in these volatile times...fear & greed very much the order of the day...(as usual some will say)

Osbourn needs to sound a bit more positive and confident when reassuring the world markets...he was abit limp wristed today I thought but I guess after all his doom mongering for the last month he couldn't come out with trumpet in hand followd by a brass band could he.... poor chap. :-0
