Neil England retires from ITE Group plc Board
ITE Group plc confirms that Neil England has retired as a Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the AGM held today, 24 January 2019. This followed the initial announcement of his intention to step down from the Board which was published in the Company's preliminary results announcement on 4 December 2018.
Neil was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Group in March 2008. He held the position of Chairman from July 2017 to February 2018 and most recently acted as the Group's Senior Independent Director.
Richard Last, Chairman, said: "I would like to extend my gratitude to Neil for his 10 years of service on the Board of ITE Group plc. The rest of the Board and I wish Neil the very best for the future."
Mark Shashoua, Chief Executive Officer, added: "I'd like to thank Neil for his valuable guidance to the Company and to me personally. He has made a significant contribution throughout his time at ITE."
