24/12/2001 20:16 | 500,000 bought today @ 21.25p. Are the Directors buying more stock? The main shareholder Veronis Suhler bought 17% of this stock at 70p a share. They have now installed their man -Stephen Warshaw- as CE. In my personal opinion, this stock will rise back to 70p within 9 months. Always DYOR GJ | gerard j
24/12/2001 07:28 | ITE has, on its board Rt Hon Sir Jeremy Hanley - ex Conservative party Chairman and Sir Hugh Bidwell - former Mayor of London. The appoinment of a new CE in Oct 2001 - Stephen Warshaw(see short CV below) can only be a step forward for ITE. He came from Veronis, Suhler - the american merchant bank which hold 17% of ITE. About Stephen Warshaw: 'Stephen Warshaw joined ITE Group as Chief Executive Officer in October 2001, from Veronis Suhler International Limited in London where he held the position of Managing Director. Mr Warshaw spent seven years at Reed Elsevier plc from 1990-1996 where he held a number of positions - latterly as Group Director of Business Development, and previously as CEO of Reed Elsevier's worldwide Medical Group and of the Reed Educational Publishing Group. Prior, he served as a Managing Director at Oxford University Press for 11 years, starting and building businesses internationally, and was, more recently, a Managing Director of Getty Images Inc. and a main Board Director of Informa plc.' DYOR - This could be the best investment you've ever made!! Gerard J | gerard j
