17/6/2019 16:32 | How is he 33% and hasn't been forced to make a bid himself? Has he been holding since IPO? | cyberbub
17/6/2019 16:19 | Remember Woodford is a major holder 33% and he needs cash - He might well grab an offer at any price. | pugugly
17/6/2019 11:35 | That would be an interesting scenario... Would ITX management really sell off all the investment and IP in the company for just £6M? I would say it must be worth 3-4x that much. Who knows though... | cyberbub
14/6/2019 15:28 | FT reports that Nouryon is considering making acquisitions worth several billions of dollars in the coming years. - I can imagine who might be on their list. | geraldus
14/6/2019 14:15 | I think they will need more money at some point, but they have slashed their G&A and now seemingly have a growing revenue stream - so hopefully it won't be a huge amount? NAI | cyberbub
14/6/2019 12:26 | The last fund raise was done at 2p before all the contractual agreements with Neuryon. This share is now was undervalue so I've been topping up. Even in the event of a placing they should be able to do it at 2.5p+ with the progress the company has made. This will be near 10p by end of year | wololol
14/6/2019 10:22 | Like what this company does, but they must be close to another dilutive fundraise (1 for 3 to raise £2M?) and that may not be the last. There is also a potential (but unlikely at current business levels) earn out to 2022 of up to $6M in shares which would also be heavily dilutive.I watch with interest (especially for more orders and new customers), but looks way too expensive to buy in at these levels. | ewanwhose
13/6/2019 18:13 | Sit on hands me thinks | pictureframe
13/6/2019 16:43 | cyberhub - But you can also lose your fingers and sometimes both hands or even arms!! | pugugly
13/6/2019 16:12 | A big offloader can be an opportunity sometimes... :-) | cyberbub
06/6/2019 18:03 | krp10 I dont think anyone can answer that as it depends on your risk appeatite. I think in a couple of years from now this share price would have seemed a bargain BUT with whats going on with Woodfords fund there is a chance of him having to sell and this will give an even better entry. Of course this might never happen and the company could annouce further sales! | pictureframe
06/6/2019 15:31 | Is it good to hold or even buy now or sell and move on? | krp10
06/6/2019 15:27 | Thanks for posting that. I have money set aside should this occur! | pictureframe
06/6/2019 15:21 | As of 31 December 2018, Itaconix had been notified of the following holdings comprising more than three per cent of the share capital of the company: subsequent notifications received from major shareholders and PDMRs are shown in the Regulatory Announcements section of the website. Name Number of Ordinary Shares Percentage of Issued Share Capital Woodford Investment Management 88,688,000 33.0% Kensington Research Holdings, LLC 33,173,097 12.3% IP Group 30,125,730 11.2% So if thre is a fire sale - what would anyone guess the price to be to clear? Suggest possibly one ot avoid at the moment - Shareholders PLUS corn futures up very stronlgy in the USA due to extreme wet weather. Edited - See also WOODFORD WEIF WPCT DUAL HOLDINGS However ITX not listed so g*d knows where held!! | pugugly
05/6/2019 14:16 | lol, you bet | the patient investor
05/6/2019 14:13 | Oh blimey. I'm in HUR. At 34p though so is one of my few successes. Am expecting them to announce there's no oil after all at any moment. Especially as you are now onboard. Ha. | dexdringle
05/6/2019 13:31 | Definitely looking to top up here, just keeping a close eye to see if it goes back to 2.50. knowing my luck an rns will come out before it do :-( | ragnarr
05/6/2019 12:34 | tpi. You are not Neil Woodford are you ? Only your recent investment record seems to be on a par. As does mine. And I'm definitely not Neil Woodford (cue Spartacus moment "I'm Neil Woodford" "no, I'm Neil Woodford"...…. Am sorry you sold. I was quite enjoying the shared mutual investment failure pain... | dexdringle
05/6/2019 12:19 | Agreed - he isn't selling but I have some £££ | pictureframe
05/6/2019 12:02 | I dont believe he is selling - it is just a matter of bad publicity and the associated sentiment at the moment. Not even ITX related really. | ragnarr
05/6/2019 11:58 | His forced selling (if any) could a present a great opportunity | pictureframe
05/6/2019 11:37 | Woodford Investment management have over 35% and he is currently under fire from all angels and with his recent suspension everything neil woodford is having a detrimental effect - same with allied minds.Short term issue in my view | ragnarr |
