ITX current price in the market is a ridiculous premium to anything like what it is actually worth.I retain the view that shareholders have been stuffed. The share price was over 630p at one point, now under 7p. Absolute disgrace.

Down from 630p I wrote off InterX a long time ago. I don't know why I keep looking at this thread really, maybe out of surprise that it's still listed!

TGWW.....I look forward to the winner of our "estimate the revenue figure for 2020" competition.

Respect.

antonagis...we already know that the revenue and cash position will be better than forecast. What we REALLY want to know is how revenue is rising in months 1-2 or 3 in 2021. Or how the revenue has been skewed in 2020 so we can see the rate of growth.

Well...that is what I want to see.

Final year end 2020 results being announced Tuesday. Hopefully not disastrous.

I do not see a buyout unless it is a massive offer. The percentage of ITX shares owned by insiders and institutions that know why they hold the shares is very very high. This is not a case of buying out the PI's and getting a large shareholding.

The present shareholders know what the value may be. This is no sitting duck.

All IMO only.

patt, I too feel for rapid roll out that licensing would seem the way to go to grow footprint quickly, and the thought of perhaps having the tech to displace Tetrapak is mouth watering, however supernumerary also makes a good argument in that licensing means sacrificing margin, but it would be sacrificing it for scale and speed of rollout. In the meantime this company has a low market cap which makes it a sitting duck for a big hitter convinced of the future profit in the IP.

I'm unconvinced by the licensing model in this case. The margins are excellent and improve with volume; manufacturing is set up and easy to extend; there are already many end user customers, with more being added all the time: what does licensing add to that? Sure there might be more market coverage, but in return a huge chunk of margin would have to be handed over to third parties and the entire business model would have to be rebuilt.

A cobbler should stick to his last...

There are precedents, such as Google and Microsoft fighting over xbox for years. But I'm going to bite my tongue now, less of the negative vibes Jim.

The classic example of technology licensing is Dolby Stereo. Instead of trying to sell the technology the company licensed it at a cheap price so everybody could use it. Nobody ever tried to develop an alternative and it made fortunes and fortunes.

I must say. I lovely conversation to be having.

lefrene....the bio-plastics possibility would change ITX from hundred of millions to Tetrapak value.

I disagree with the bought out bit. If the technology becomes a "must have" for the new Green consumer then the future for ITX is technology licensing and enabling all the majors to use their IP protected products while ITX becomes a development company.

Whatever happens. If we are right and their products are 1) adopted as needed, and 2) not easily substituted, then the price is stratospheric for any buyer. Every major would have to buy ITX to avoid being out of the market.

I studied Game Theory for years as part of Change Management planning and this is clearly where ITX would use the theories.

All IMO and probably rubbish. Maybe

It would be good to hear some more about bio-plastics, the prospects here of displacing phosphates in FMCG's is a very big story, but coming up with cheap bio-degradable plastics is on another level altogether, time to wheel in the word 'exponential'! :¬) This imo is going to get bought out, just when and for how much, is the question.

Lol. But Deity none the less.

Luckily I have some Resolve Urine Destroyer, Nature Clean stink bombs, P1360 Odor Remover and of course Sensitive Home Cleaner (All ITX products) in my warehouse to deal with philistine non believers.

PS What took you so long? Been getting cramp here waiting for my name to appear.

I am a little worried about ohojim.

I think he sits at his PC 24 hours a day waiting for me to write his name.

Bit of a sad and monomaniac deity. Sort of Poundland God.

Of course....sorry that i had not connected you from there! Very rude.

The law of six stages of separation. We all (mostly) have somebody to thank for giving us the nod. For me it was Parob (blessed be his name.....only rivalled by ohojim the newcomer of PATT deities but simply because he is blessed by immense luck) who recommended ITX ages ago.

It is so useful to have a recommendation by somebody who you know and trust. It helps sift the wheat from the chaff. However, it still means that you have to do you research as it is your own money!

I think we will all do very well indeed out of ITX. Spectacularly.

Well I got ITX from you on the AGL bb, where I'm also invested @ ~10%.

So thanks for ITX (in advance of the riches to come).

Cheers eeza.....had a quick look and another exciting opportunity. I am heavily in AGL at the moment waiting for FDA approval of Parsonatix and also their UK USA pharma lab contracts RNS's when my shareholding should multiply a number of times.

I have time tomorrow to look in detail but you clearly have your money in a good place there. Well done my friend.
