Looks like UKRE might be stuck at these levels for a while! UK bond yields remain sticky at the higher end.

Official NAV as of yesterday £3.81 so trading at a slight premium.

WHY UKRE?
1. Targeted exposure to liquid real estate
2. Direct investment into UK Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), property companies and liquid fixed income secuities.
3. Single country exposure with a focus on property

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
The Fund seeks to track the performance of an index composed of UK Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), property companies and liquid fixed income securities.

12 Month Trailing Dividend Distribution Yield (as of 31/Aug/2024): 6.58%

UK REITs should see upside as BoE resume the rate cutting cycle.

UKRE pays quarterly dividends, yielding close to 7%.
