In the ground value is around 4% of the assets value.

Full value is £1.6B
Because this is not producing hence 4% is minimum when buying non producing asset of resources.

How can you say we are in the dark. Rns did say parties have been to the site. Bushveld is a fantastic resource region.

The agreed offer could be anything. With what hapened at Amerisur I have no confidence in Giles Clarke obtaining an agreed offer greater than where the current price is. The Market is usually right.

Profit, you forgot 3 of 5. I’m very much on the fence with this share myself because we’re in the dark as to what is going on. My thoughts are we could either be sold at the current share price because it’s public knowledge we don’t have the experience or the cash to progress the asset further or on the otherhand there could be a bidding war going on behind the scenes so a +10p offer could very easily be on the cards because the asset is worth billions and if we had cash behind us we could very easily be asking for 30p. Plus, the directors are averaging around 5p so they won’t be wanting anything lower than that...

Here you you again repeating the same info. We all know what you keep telling us. Im a holder here but following Amerisurs agreed very low offer Im expecting a very low agreed cash offer of around 1p. My expectations of a higher offer despites Ironvelds valuable Assets are now very low. It looks like Management just want out at any price.

✅A total of £1.75m invested at 2.5p average. IRON would need to sell their asset for atleast £16.5m for him to break even.

✅Assets worth £1.6B
In situ £64M
Research this, its in talks with several parties.

1 of 5 ✅#IRON and #AMER share the same directors. Even the CEO of #AMER is heavily invested in #IRON.

2 of 5✅#AMER CEO bought £1.3m worth of stock last year in AMER, mostly at 12p and today (Friday) announced a recommended cash offer for the company at 19p.

List one company that has the same board of directors like #iron and #AMER has.

I'm not speaking on behalf of the AIM listed companies, I'm just pointing out these two companies #ironveld and #AMER both have same directors.

Do you know directors also bought Ironveld at higher prices?

No way this is selling for £5m.

The reality is the project had yet to produce any income after so many years. Ironveld have been unable to raise the finance to get the project off the ground. I would not be suprised to see an agreed offer in the region of 0.70p. Thats what the Market expects.

Back to Ironveld though, if we get 0.7p that’s fair because that’s what the market currently values us at. Me personally, given the vast potential of the project, I’d like to think we’d do another placing to cover our costs for another 12 months and then get some decent PR going.

On your comment earlier about 99 times out of 100 you’ll lose, I strongly disagree. I’ve had 4 this year alone that have made a substantial amount, 2 of which were in the last 2 weeks. I’ve already 10 bagged on EUA and this could be sold for significantly more than the current share price and I 5 bagged on INSP yesterday and have now withdrawn, but that is likely to go much higher too. The key is timing, don’t invest too early because the share price will keep dropping until it starts producing or is sold, this share being the prime example.

What was the issue with Aner? If you look into the figures the management did a good job. As with most non-major producers the share price plummeted when the price of oil plummeted 5 years ago. A hell of a lot have gone bump too. The management at Amer managed to considerably reduce their costs to reduce their losses. Earlier in the year they rejected a bid and said it was worth considerably more and they were right, they managed to get another 20 odd million for it. From an un-biased perspective there was nothing wrong with the management at Amer. Yes there’s a lot of angry shareholders that invested 5 years ago at 3 times what the company sold for, but the management shouldn’t be blamed for a shareholder investing considering the majority of oil analysts were predicting the price was going to plummet, albeit I don’t think anyone expected it to plummet lower than most producers net margins.

Profut i'm long here to (from years back when I was clueless as to what I was buying) and as i say would be delighted with 10% of your optimism coming off but the track record of these guys in recent years is dreadful they struggled to get rid of Amer and that had more than $40 mil in cash no debt, working infra structure and was forecast to return to strong profits. Here we have a company about to run out of cash any day, no infra structure in place forecast to lose forecast to lose another 600k if they survive to the next reporting date. Its easy to list small cap winners with hindsight but I could equally list a load of sub 100 mil dogs and total busts if I wanted to also.

This is the kind of stock these days I would avoid like the plague loss making, the going concern word mentioned by auditors, debts, no cash forecast to lose more money, can't be traded in size horrible spread good luck no one will be happier than me if we see more than 1.5p after the Amer result I doubt we will get 1p far easier for a bidder to let it go into administration and then buy it out again

You can do what you want. I know what their Assets are. I hold 3 million sh ares but I am no longer confident of an offer greater than1p. Look at Amerisur. They have Assets worth around 40p but we live in hard times and 19p is the cash offer

Ironveld are sitting on a resource called 'Bushveld' this is the world famous area of high quality natural resources.

All Ironveld want is for someone to take it to the next level, which is worth billions.

So what's is wrong for me to buy and hold.

If it comes of great if it doesn't its not end of the world.
As other options will be considered.
