They’re not in the worst position either though. There’s Billions of dollars worth in the ground and relatively few shares in issue. If a satisfactory deal isn’t done in Jan they could just do another placing to keep cash flow going and there wouldn't be much dilution. The company has been looking for a partner for a long time now. Wouldn’t be surprised at all if we hand over the bulk of the assets and retain about 10%. This would be best case scenario, letting someone else do the work and we take the profits.

Obviously not worried by the rns stating they only have enough cash to last until Jan 2020 and auditors have doubts about ability to continue as a going concern as I said before hardly negotiating from a position of strength.

The problem is John it won't help the share price if the company owning said land is on its knees Sirius Minerals has a polyhalite resource of 2.66 billion tonnes according to their website but look at how the share price has collapsed.

I would be over the moon with 30p they are looking to sell just to get any money back as they know the only options are to try and get a placing away at an even lower price than at present or take what they can get 2p best case we will see who is closer when it plays out good luck.
