05/11/2021 17:01 | Nice steady progress this week, long may it continue :) | ukgeorge
02/11/2021 14:01 | Discusses how undervalued UK Lithium stocks are compared with US peers. | robbiekeane
02/11/2021 09:29 | A video I hadn't seen. | ukgeorge
02/11/2021 09:23 | A few solid closes above 23p before the English sparkling wine (boycotting French goods) can be even put in the fridge. Roll on 40p plus. The timing is starting to look pretty good for the gold company as well, inflation rife and the gold price starting to look very bullish. Not quite sure how taking up my allocation in the raise will work but hoping to get them (I use Iweb with an ISA). | ukgeorge
02/11/2021 07:43 | Cannacord fully fund the underwriting; the easiest no brainer - they have a buyer | jasonsd1970
02/11/2021 07:19 | You must be a shareholder on the IronRidge share register on the In-specie Distribution Record Date of 23 November 2021. | wapper
02/11/2021 07:05 | What does "Eligible share holders " means? | hugotanha
01/11/2021 15:01 | Just bought but showing my buy in red as a sell... this will do very good GLA will keep topping up when I can | bigpecs
01/11/2021 14:44 | Looking stronger | wapper
27/10/2021 19:43 | Great proactive presentation - Makes a lot of sense and we then have a decently funded gold company. Reading between the lines, you've got to feel it will list on the ASX. | drdre
27/10/2021 10:37 | I think it’s the combination of the current name & the lack of price momentum. Also I suspect many potential investors aren’t aware of the Piedmont deal because it happened over the summer. When the name change to Atlantic Lithium happens many AIM punters will think it’s a new IPO | 74tom
27/10/2021 10:15 | Given the potential here, it's strange that it's still under the radar of many investors. | djj2014
27/10/2021 09:13 | Amazing opportunity here, got to love the smile on VM's face when he explains the reason behind the name change to Atlantic Lithium :) | 74tom
27/10/2021 09:00 | No problem VV - here is another link from Proactive which puts more meat on the bones. So apart from the 1 share for every 8, you will be able to buy same amount again at discount 10 AUD Cents and the newco (Ricca) will be floated at 20 AUD Cents on ASX. | robbiekeane
26/10/2021 18:33 | Thanks Robbie - that is excellent | value viper
26/10/2021 14:24 | Essential viewing for IRR holders. Keith Phillips CEO Piedmont is so bullish on Ironridge investment. Cheaper to get produce to the Piedmont processing plant in North Carolina from Ghana than it will be from Quebec. Piedmont will definitely be back for a bigger chunk of IRR imho. | robbiekeane
26/10/2021 14:04 | It's going to finish in the black!! Something to cheer us up is the note that has been put out about Vulcan Resources.. .. | ukgeorge
26/10/2021 09:33 | Personally I think this fall to 14p soon, so sad though as I was green for a year and now RED.could have sold mine with a nice profit a month ago and I didn't.new unlisted gold share will go to my book case and stays there forever I presume. | hugotanha
26/10/2021 09:09 | IRR becomes a pure lithium play supplying Piedmont who in turn supply Tesla. The US listing will attract more sophisticated investors who will understand and accelerate the value. The gold is a distraction - just noise, some way off meaningful production. I now see Piedmont building their stake. | robbiekeane
26/10/2021 08:56 | hoping this turns out to be a "sell the rumour buy the news" type of day, as those who have been selling now start to get back in. Most likely wishful thinking. I also wonder if they have a few other RNS's lined up, mainly a resource upgrade. | ukgeorge
26/10/2021 08:35 | Other than allowing IRR to focus on lithium, what else does it get from demerging the gold assets? They say that they will have no ongoing interest in the demerged gold business. | djj2014
26/10/2021 07:51 | Poor error of judgement not listing the gold assets. Not much those in IRR for the lithium can do with untradable stock - with no clear timeline on when that might change. Listing the gold co concurrently with spinning off would have seen the shares move much higher this morning. I've got a few unlisted in-specie dividend stocks sat in various portfolios, and having another one isn't particularly attractive. | the deacon
26/10/2021 06:39 | Quite a lot of news around the demerger of the gold assets. | ukgeorge |
