A few solid closes above 23p before the English sparkling wine (boycotting French goods) can be even put in the fridge. Roll on 40p plus.

The timing is starting to look pretty good for the gold company as well, inflation rife and the gold price starting to look very bullish.

Not quite sure how taking up my allocation in the raise will work but hoping to get them (I use Iweb with an ISA).

Great proactive presentation -

Makes a lot of sense and we then have a decently funded gold company. Reading between the lines, you've got to feel it will list on the ASX.

I think it’s the combination of the current name & the lack of price momentum. Also I suspect many potential investors aren’t aware of the Piedmont deal because it happened over the summer. When the name change to Atlantic Lithium happens many AIM punters will think it’s a new IPO

So apart from the 1 share for every 8, you will be able to buy same amount again at discount 10 AUD Cents and the newco (Ricca) will be floated at 20 AUD Cents on ASX.

Essential viewing for IRR holders. Keith Phillips CEO Piedmont is so bullish on Ironridge investment. Cheaper to get produce to the Piedmont processing plant in North Carolina from Ghana than it will be from Quebec.



Piedmont will definitely be back for a bigger chunk of IRR imho.

Personally I think this fall to 14p soon, so sad though as I was green for a year and now RED.could have sold mine with a nice profit a month ago and I didn't.new unlisted gold share will go to my book case and stays there forever I presume.

IRR becomes a pure lithium play supplying Piedmont who in turn supply Tesla. The US listing will attract more sophisticated investors who will understand and accelerate the value. The gold is a distraction - just noise, some way off meaningful production. I now see Piedmont building their stake.

Most likely wishful thinking.

I also wonder if they have a few other RNS's lined up, mainly a resource upgrade.

Other than allowing IRR to focus on lithium, what else does it get from demerging the gold assets? They say that they will have no ongoing interest in the demerged gold business.

Poor error of judgement not listing the gold assets. Not much those in IRR for the lithium can do with untradable stock - with no clear timeline on when that might change. Listing the gold co concurrently with spinning off would have seen the shares move much higher this morning. I've got a few unlisted in-specie dividend stocks sat in various portfolios, and having another one isn't particularly attractive.
