Yes, I saw that very positive. Today Vulcan announced a deal with Renault, still lots going on in this industry. Fingers crossed strong prices and some recognition for some of the junior lithium plays.

Piedmont actually locked in for 12 months, I’d assume that goes for the NewGoldco as well but not definitive.

Regardless, you get a US funded and partnered world class lithium play/offtake, some probably soon to be spun out and very decent looking gold assets plus $30m in cash in the bank.

Nice to see the award of well out of the money options for the board.

Ridiculous value on offer here, been watching IRR for a long time. The Piedmont investment and subscription at 20p a game changer whilst putting a theoretical floor on the price. If the de merger of the gold assets goes ahead though, what will Piedmont do with their holding in this new entity?

hopefully consolidate for a bit before the next leg up. I think the demerger of the gold assets is holding it back a bit once that is out the way should be a good re-rating. Longer term really looking for the resource upgrade. I think they have 3 or 4 rigs operating currently.
