Extension of Convertible Loan Notes Redemption Date
IQ-AI announces that the Company has agreed with Trevor Brown, holder of the outstanding GBP18,750 convertible loan notes issued pursuant to a loan note instrument dated 11 March 2015, to extend the final redemption date from 11 March 2020 to 11 March 2025.
In addition, the Company has agreed with Free Associations Books Limited ("FAB"), the holder of the outstanding GBP100,000 of convertible loan notes issued pursuant to a loan note instrument dated 18 November 2015, to extend the final redemption date from 18 November 2020 to 18 November 2025.
Trevor Brown is a Director and 29.98% shareholder of IQ-AI and FAB is a company with which he is connected.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
