The maths is intriguing, and it does have a nice fit to it, to get to just below 29% Does Trevor have any more outstanding CLNs to cash in, or is that him clear? If he does, we can expect to see more sells from FAB to accommodate him.

FAB sold 1.44% of the shares. As TB was no longer a director of FAB, his connection is via a 'concert party' agreement to those shares. That is the reason why I include FAB shares in the now 29.85% combined total.

By doing this, the total percentage is restored, whilst giving FAB the working capital to develop its business.

The last holdings RNS stated Trevor had sold 1.44% of the co. on or around the 2nd Nov. price then was around 3.9p
1.44% of the 182M shares then in issue would be c.2.6M shares or £102K if my maths is right on this so did he just sell a few to convert the CLN's?
If so smacks more of stuffing a bit more cash into the co's coffers than trading imho.

Trevor picks up 8m shares at 1.5p each.Nice business, for him. However I see no lock in mentioned, so there is nothing to stop him or FAB selling these shares, or more, as it suits them.

The advertised bid has dropped to 4p, but I can still sell 350k for 4.25p Some kind of weird mind games being played here.

Good to see two delayed buys, one for 520k at 4.2p and the other, interestingly, for 384k at a premium of 4.42p. Bodes well for tomorrow.

It's actually 4.22p to sell 350,000 shares as we come to the close.Therefore, the mid price should be higher than 4.2p
