The Company has been notified that Trevor Brown, CEO of the Company, has sold 5,166,667 ordinary shares in the Company indirectly via Free Association Books and directly in his own name.

Following this transaction, Trevor Brown continues to hold 42,360,736 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 26.39 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. In addition, Mr Brown continues to hold GBP50,000 convertible loan notes convertible at 2p and GBP250,000 convertible loan notes convertible at 1.5p.

Arab last lot was picked up just over 80p and now average out @£1.05p but thanks for your concern! I think you should be more concerned about the share price here than my holding elsewhere bud!

Digger - when companies start shooting their mouths off about 'exponential growth', I think it's perfectly reasonable to want to see that growth demonstrated - and not to see mgmt using the resultant excitement as an excuse to dump stock and kill the share price.
