Unless he's lying, and withholding TR1s, he hasn't sold any!He's got 4m more than he had prior to converting his loan.He had no choice but to sell the 10m, as it took him over the permitted threshold.I'd have liked to see a follow up sales deal, quickly after the CE approval, and that has cost us momentum.However, the chart, if it stays above 11p, is a pennant formation.... which usually resolve to the upside, if the company is a viable proposition. I think IQAI is a very viable proposition.

This share will just drift downwards until the 100,000 seller has sold out, and then sideways until we get news of sales. Then it will either rocket or collapse.

If it is Trevor Brown who is selling, this does not bode well for the future, because he will know the up-to-date sales figures.
