I think everyone is trying to work out what value IPS shareholders will get out of Therakind and Buccolum. One thing we know is that for Therakind to get a drug out to market with auralis as its partner is a signifcant achievement. It shows that Therakind had the technical ability and knowhow with Viropharm effectively being the BIG BROTHER taking most of the sales when the product was sold.

Therakind sold majority of its stake roughly around the time auralis was sold to Viropharm. Viropharm paid i think (dyor) $15mill for auralis and £10mill now milestone payment for getting EU approval and marketing.

IPS talks about a further milestone payment and future royalties on the drug. We do not know the figures talked about.

Two things we know:

Therakind will recieve Royalties + Milestone payment
The value of the therakind buisness with this success will be worth more -

Therakind have a further pipeline of products which who know may be partnered by Viropharm considering the relationships developed.

You gotta laugh at this market, we get pretty much all buys until this holdings RNS around 30 mins ago..........now we drop on a couple of sells due to someone selling what amounts to not even 5% of their holdings!!

I have been through Auralis' (prior to V T/o) 09 and 08 accounts.. they only posted abbrev so very little to see... was interested to see who their previous owners were... but no other companies assosiated and therefore just a list of directors...

None the wiser... I appreciate I have been irritating posting what I would deem contrarian opinion and thoughts... will leave now....

Yes it was a terrible year which is why we are at these levels - You ARE INDEED delusional when you value Theraking at 600k ! - did you look at the Auralis accounts before you made your judgement - I see your interest in picking things up from here and there ! dyor -

They have enough cash up till q3 2012! - Damn the amount of times i've had to repeat that!!!

how do you know therakind are going to get £10m?

It has been detailed the previous owners of Auralis will get £10m.... why do you think this equates to Therakind?

If anyone can answer this I will leave for good ( EDIT: crickey if you can show me it is true I will buy like a loon!)

But if we own 36% of therakind, and they are to get £10m milestone payment,, then our enterprise value goes up by the same amout, plus any loan notes etc etc

I do not see a balance required... just my opinion and I am assuming (again) you are not keen to agree!

One final thing - over 18mill was traded (from your post electrick) - The consortium hold 60% of total equity - MMs need book balancing.

When you consider most biotech do not make it electrick and you have therakind that has taken a drug to market - where does the 600k valaution come from?

My opinion is that Therakind may raise future finance at different ratios at higher values - I don't think at this stage IPS will be able to buy a bigger chunk ( we will have to wait and see) - although in terms of their overall value IPS's stake will be worth much more - We don't know royalties although a poster sent an email to Rogers who confirmed there was a confidentiality clause.

Regardless of what happens from here on in, you have called this so wrong it is scary........2p= insolvent,worthless.......in a flash 9.3p, that is some boo-boo.

This could move up again quickly now, similar pattern from the last rise from 2-4p, re-trace/profit taking then kick on to another level.
