They have another £100k being raised (at 60p), with investors including the renowned Bruce Rowan. They already have Investments at £100k. They have Mark Parker on board (ex-African Eagle, capped at £20mln), who is the main shareholder and Managing Director of Equator Gold, an unlisted exploration company focused on exploring for gold in the new state of Southern Sudan. So for a company that will be capped at less than £300k once the funds are raised, we will have around £250k of Assets, as well as Mark Parker on board who could well be lining up CGG for a RTO of Equator Gold (?). Whatever the score, this looks like a no-brainer when we've seen other Cash Shells raise funds and subsequently see their share price sore on speculation of investments / RTO's. Interesting...... |

Posted at 28/1/2013 08:05 by howdlep at 1.35p market cap is 0.5mBook value of current IPS shares, to be converted to IPSO Management shares, currently is £1.5m then we have the new Plutus Resources shares, granted to holders at close of play today. A great risk/reward opportunity here imo |

That is why they invested in the first place. This is why, imo, the IPS shares are today a win/win investment |
Posted at 28/1/2013 07:45 by howdlep mally6,Its quite simple. Shareholders will be granted IPSO Management shares (based on a 1 for 1) based on their holdings in IPS at close of business today. Anyone buying shares in IPS after today will only have their holdings converted to the new company Plutus. This means you would not have any interest in the current IPS portfolio, which management currently value at a book price of £1.5m. So the bottom line is you have to hold IPS shares at 4.30pm today to qualify for BOTH IPSO Management shares AND Plutus Resources shares. I am expecting a quick break of 2p this morning. |

Whereas company saved by way of subscription at very low price but saved all the same.CWR was 1p placing and went up 600%. 3DR was 0.08p placing and went up to 0.6p? So does we reckon IPS can go back up to like 1p maybe? Mkt cap does seem very small given this latest injection of cash and NAV and fact they are diversifying into a more exciting sector? |
