A figure of 4mill was quoted from Viropharm to Therakind. Where did that figure come from considering a £10mill milestone payment was made to Aurelis.

Reminder why you should not sell and should buy........IPSO has a drug to treat epilepsy. What's unique about it.? Well Buccolam can be taken by babies, toddlers and anyone under 18 yrs of age. It's the only drug in the world available of this kind that's safe for youngsters. So it has the market at it's beck and call. Ipso is due royalties and fees now and on all future sales. Fees and royalties year on year are expected to rise each year. The drug is Licensed and approved for sale. It is going on sale in Mid October. Patent is for 10 years. The company has only 38 Million shares in issue. Over 73% of those shares are held by the board and directors. Leaving just over 9 millions shares to trade. So they are hard to get when the shares shift like today, which they will do now, because the Market Cap is just 2.35 million pounds. No company has a value less than it's profits (£4+ millions and much more later). So don't sell out out on the cheap. Ipos is going way above current share price.

If you're looking to trade this - this is a NOT tradable stock moreso a medium term hold. Some might get lucky and others might NOT. I've a medium term hold on IPS so it makes not one difference to me at this stage.

Another one which could move just as quickly is CRV...


Capped at around £900k

SP = 0.35/0.40p (ticked up late on Friday after a couple of small buys), having fallen around 50% over the past few weeks.

Significantly, the accounts up to May 2011 advised that the company raised £700k in a private placing at 1.25p (3 x current SP).

So - company capped at £900k.

Raised £700k.

Other significant investments.

Should see significant re-rating in the near future.

Been trying all morning to get a small order £3k only tomboyb I know if use at best it will be over 5p so am waiting for a small tick down about time the MMs had a shake.
