Commercial Property sector appears to be hotting up. I have noticed in my local town all the commercial shop units are now fully let. Shops like Woolworth had been standing empty but now a factory outlet shop.

Hi Flying Swan

Thanks for the charts... they admit of bearish and bullish interpretations imo but interesting for all that.

If volume drops right back down tomorrow the volume spike on Friday will start to look like an anomaly.

If the volume starts to move to a higher low that would be more interesting.

News is surely the thing, though - whether the bank renegotiation can deliver a final solution and what the structure of that deal is.

There is an early Golden Cross on IPI chart, were the 20 day moving average has moved above the 50 day moving average. We may soon get the proper Golden Cross when the 50 day moving above the 200 day moving average.

There was a big increase in volume on Friday in IPI share.

MACD and RSI are now giving a BUY signal. IMHO check out this chart and make your own mind up:



If you look at the 3 year chart there is early signs of a "W" forming on the chart after the second dip in the commercial property sector is now starting to recover. DYOR

What is putting off buyers Chris is the spread although there is some possibility inbetween. I am happy for the sellers to leave here leaving the rewards for the holders higher up.

Nice to see IPI rising this morning.

Lots more volume, trades and interest.

People can see a re-rating in property prices, as hyper inflation comes on; greatly increasing the value of IPI commercial property and improving the equity to debt ratio. IMHO
