I can understand if IPI has bought the FRENCH property worth of 30Millon £ - last month, where They got IT, if they have LTV is above 90%. Seems like there is a secret strength . Surely it is cheap.

"It is unlikely that European banks will opt for large discounted disposals of distressed loans and assets," PwC said. "They are more likely to work them out over time."

IPI is buying AGR. So The investor is backing up. The ? is without refinancing still they are buying, How come, I would imagine a big strength on it.

Volume is miserably low and is in danger of breaching june/july's lows. From there I guess it would wipe out,

The worry here is the length of time that the refinancing is taking.

Snap JL. Really have two options Bale out & jump aboard something else with better upside & take a hit for now & sit it out & be patient waiting for the commercial property market to take off. Have to admit I am beginning to think that I would be better placed in increasing my investment in VGM altho downside is it is not ISA ble

even on right issue , This will be still a lovely investment. As you can see - They recently bought asset in FRANCE. Why? Surely...a lovely strength is there.

Clearly a massive rights issue is one of the conditions by the banks for keeping this outfit afloat.

Millions of new shares @ 2-3p/share, massive dilution of NAV/share?

Just imagine 20Billion shares in issue?

This is an extract from bloomberg today.

U.K. commercial property values rose 5.7 percent between July and November after slumping 44 percent in the previous 25 months as a result of the global financial crisis, according to London-based researcher Investment Property Databank Ltd.

Lets hope the IPI valuation shows a similar if not a better increase.
