hopefully the refinancing news will be with the half yearly report due later this month. I would expect this to go back to 8p on any good news.

As you can see CAL,WKP - NAV has been gone up....Surely IPI NAV should be similar line and with bank financing will soar at least 15-20p by year end.

This is not advice, I'm an amateur! Minerva, Segro, Halsteen, Workspace Group, Terrace Hill, Wichford,O Twelve Estates and Conygar. I made the most money on TW. and BDEV though, although I'm out now and staying out of housebuilders.

For sure, the write downs in asset values are just book values. There is a very limited supply of forced sellers now, so this will recover very quickly in my opinion. I've got 90% of my portfolio in Commercial property and I'm sitting on a nice profit already (for an amateur share trader)!

IPI - Best to get hold on Commercial property....at 5.25, I think its damn cheap....loaded very very long term...at least 2 years from now 10fold

I agree, but it is still a positive statement for the future. Lets hope they give us some news soon, I've been holding since March.

No they won't be buyng back any of theere shares - not for a good while anyway.

Any monies they get in over and above running costs, will go to pay down debt.

They can only buy their own shares IF they are at a significant discount to NAV,and that plainly isn't the case cos NAV is negative.

It was in an old AGM I seem to remember seeing it, it was certainly something which caught my interest at the time.

I couldn't resist buying a few more at 5p this morning...I must be a lucky omen as it's moving now. At the back of my mind I keep thinking about the Company's intention to buy back it's own shares. I wonder if this is on the agenda at this price?

Agree that the financial discussions when/if completed & are found to be favourable then this share could absolutely blast northward to an easy doubler from here. It has been there b4 & so why not. Add this to strong debt repayment as they are not presently paying a dividend then we could see considerable gains. Downside seems to be pretty much in the price at pres but it could drop as to be honest the graph is not strong. Risk reward there is no doubt. Bound to be lively!!

a lot of commericial property stocks have fallen 20%-30% from recent highs, but as NAV are widely speculated to be written up in the next results, this looks like a good oportunity to get more.

unless commercial property double bottoms
