"Prospectus relating to the issue of new ordinary shares pursuant to a

As usual with these corporate restructurings, amalgamations, reconstructions, mergers etc etc: when I hear of them I first go to the UK taxation summary to see if the complexities are worth the time and record keeping effort given my usual penny-packet investment amounts or if it's cleaner to sell before the event.
In this case the relevant section (regarding cgt) appears on page 66.
As it's broadly an issue of new shares in IAT in return for a transfer-in of assets I would not have thought it would have any effect on the base cost for cgt of my existing IAT nor involved any change in existing IAT share class characteristics (though as prospectus points out there will be voting dilution). But the taxation section does not appear to contain any such (presumably innocuous) confirmation for avoidance of doubt, &c. that I could see.

Flying under the radar.

Excellent performance in this of all years and still on a 12% discount but not for much longer I think.

XD today but still rises 3%.

Started investing into IAT, as well as a couple of other IT's.
What's peoples opinions of this one?
Currently trading at near 109p, and has been performing pretty well lately.
A good one for the long term??
