HEADLINE: Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

Invesco Perpetual Select Trust plc's issued share capital consists of:

  * 45,089,709 UK Equity Shares of 1p each plus 2,518,500 UK Equity Shares held
    in Treasury;
   
  * 35,633,603 Global Equity Shares of 1p each plus 2,974,500 Global Equity
    Shares held in Treasury;
   
  * 22,539,076 Hedge Fund Shares of 1p each plus 178,000 Hedge Fund Shares held
    in Treasury;
   
  * 21,306,581 Managed Liquidity Shares of 1p each plus 1,879,500 Managed
    Liquidity shares held in Treasury.
   
The number of votes per share of each class will, however, vary with the net
asset value of the respective underlying portfolio and is determined in
accordance with the following formula:

V = A ÷ B

Where

V is the number of votes for each share of a particular class;

A is the portfolio NAV for the relevant share class; and

B is the number of shares of the relevant class in issue (excluding Treasury
shares).

The value of A ÷ B (the net asset value per share) for each class is calculated
and announced (expressed in pence) daily in the case of UK Equity Shares,
Global Equity Shares and Managed Liquidity Shares and weekly in the case of the
Hedge Fund Shares.
