On 6 June 2023, under the terms of the Intertek 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plan') Colm Deasy, Chief Financial Officer and PDMR received the following rights to acquire ordinary shares of 1p each (the 'Shares') in the Company.

The LTIP Shares shall normally vest three (3) years from the grant date, subject to continued employment with the Intertek Group and are further subject to the achievement of performance targets and holding requirements as per the Group's Remuneration Policy. The awards were granted on the basis of an average share price of GBP42.234.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards. No price is payable on the vesting of the awards.

Following this notification, Colm Deasy has a total interest under all share plans of 21,740 shares.
