05/12/2018 10:31 | Let's have a short squeeze! Come on. | eodfire
05/12/2018 10:24 | it's even more naive to assume that every company will go bust | dealy
05/12/2018 10:19 | Could be bulltrap or DCB.. | losses
05/12/2018 10:16 | More like the bottom is in. Incredibly oversold. | eodfire
05/12/2018 10:14 | I hope we are not seeing a Dead Cat bounce. | redsquirrel3
05/12/2018 10:08 | Can't even buy a decent premier league player now at this market cap! Suspend the shares??? Too late to close the stable door, the horse has long since bolted!! | imagining
05/12/2018 10:02 | Going up now, recovery or a bull trap? | nemanja1
05/12/2018 09:54 | no new news in recent days. 3 of the 4 holdings announced were buys | dealy
05/12/2018 09:43 | Right now is a good entry point if you believe the company won't go bust. | this_time_its_different
05/12/2018 09:41 | The board being silent means they have no good news to give, if they had any good news they would speak up. We are oversold in Interserve either way, it will bounce regardless. If the board choose to still remain silent till earnings, then this stock is going to go into a bull trap and then reverse below 20p. The market is pricing in the worst and any bit of good news in earnings and this stock will explode literally. | this_time_its_different
05/12/2018 09:32 | You have a chance to sell still.. once suspended you won't be able to trade it... so how would suspension benefit anyone...I think suspension will make it worse. | losses
05/12/2018 09:17 | And still the bod remain silent. This should have been suspended | obiwoncanary
05/12/2018 08:46 | buywell3 5 Dec '18 - 08:15 - 10962 of 10966 How did the BoD let this company get into the state it now is ??? > No doubt the current BOD will say its not their mess and in fact they are worth every penny of their 125% bonuses..... After all they have already "refinanced" the company.... Guess they'll be aiming for an annual bonus and another for the next "refinance" as well..... | fenners66
05/12/2018 08:26 | Probably best to suspend whilst problems are resolved otherwise this will continue to fall. Note current valuation circa £30 million. Almost junk status currently. | ebomber
05/12/2018 08:25 | Interserve is running a loss and has piles of debt, which needs to be paid with interest. Ofcourse the share price will collapse | this_time_its_different
05/12/2018 08:21 | When apes are steering the ship, they can bring a company to its knees. Also the macro environment is terrible for companies, raising interest rates, trade war and brexit. It's a massive sh1tshow. | this_time_its_different
05/12/2018 08:18 | From 700p to 20p in 5 years Destruction of shareholders wealth on a MASSIVE scale Unbelievable | buywell3
05/12/2018 08:15 | How did the BoD let this company get into the state it now is ??? | buywell3
05/12/2018 08:12 | There is still a strong possibility of an upturn from these levels, however the thoughts of £1+ we both shared seem crazy now. BOD have failed on a massive scale | obiwoncanary
05/12/2018 06:54 | Hi Obiwoncanary. Your words are much appreciated. You are very gracious, thank you. It looks like your move was the right one and that my assumptions were wrong. My enthusiasm is exhausted - I have to admit. I’ve exchanged some polite correspondence with the CFO which gives me some hope - so I’m holding still. Oh boy it is painful to watch. I’m not surprised to see many private investors running for the door. In regards to banking covenants, the company “is trading in line with the bank plan”. Not 100% sure what to make of it, given that debt is going up and more than it should be. It’s a really challenging time. Good luck everyone. | aendjo
04/12/2018 19:58 | Hi aendjo, I’ve been following your posts on here and lse for months and I admire your resolve and enthusiasm. I sold out a couple of weeks ago, if there is a recovery and taking my losses turns out to be the wrong decision knowing your faith is being repaid will at least give me some comfort. So disappointed that after all the uncertainty on the refinancing and the highs of seeing this do 40% in a day ends with me taking a60% loss! So sad. I am not underestimating the impact of Brexit in all this and also the 20% the bod gave away as a sweetener! Good luck to all that invested in irv. Over and out | obiwoncanary
04/12/2018 17:30 | Jeffian- yes agree this should have been enough to see them through to 2021. However they will be in breach of the facilities in Feb again, which is where the problem is. May DW had anticipated this would not happen, and an equity raise would take place in the latter half of 2019 when the share price is at a more sustainable level. Now with them in breach, it's all in the hand of the lenders. Do they allow IRV to trade as long as they can meet interest payments, do they take over via a D4E, or do they simply call it a day. Bankers hold the cards | billtucker
04/12/2018 17:18 | If the business has managed to survive / stabilise itself by 2021 then refinancing shouldn't be a problem. A bank is someone who lends you an umbrella when the sun is shining, but wants it back when it rains. | boffster |
