I've been buying here recently.

Prospects for the Eurozone which is very important to INB seem to be picking up.

I might be too early in buying now but prospects seem to be improving.

Agreed. I sold a few on the spike in January so only have a very small holding here now.

Yes, very disappointing forecast going forward. Seems like Europe is in a long haul to any meaningful recovery.

Sold out this morning and will wait on the sidelines.

If I understand correctly, they're making £1m of interest savings, but that's not enough to offset the operating profit decline.

H1 last year saw 6.6m operating profit, so this means they're seeing a decline of more than 15% in operating profit.

Not what we wanted to hear...

I am just starting to get excited after all these years. Could we see double figures before not too long :)

I remain very optimistic they will deliver growth over the next couple the years with China remaining the main focus. The stock was trading in the fives, six months ago and whilst mid-teens is not out of questions over a 2/3 year view., logic would suggest this will be taken out by Sinotrans in some shape or form before then.

Do they want to pay the mid-teens price or higher when they can take her out for much less. This of course depends on whether Artoka are willing sellers of their 26% stake knowing they paid 20p for their original stake. Recent volume since the results announcement is very unusual for such a sleepy stock, perhaps suggesting something is cooking.

Whilst I no longer hold, just this week, prompted by the news that China's exports and imports were up 14% & 6% respectively, I had a look. Westhouse Securites forecast for 2013 & 2014 are gently positive and IF trade in the EU were to show some life(albeit unlikely) the numbers could improve. Meanwhile the 35% Sinotrans stake bought @ circa 11.5p(?),other large holders and a free float of 28% have their attractions.

Glad to see youre doing well TBF. I was pleased to see the rise here, and still see anything under 11p as value whilst they stay on track to reduce debt. I took a little off the table though to rebalance and have gone to PAN which is in a related space.

I little bi of interest late in the day, which was nice. This is a very quite thread for a stock that has risen c 50% in 3 months. The markets seem to be a bit more receptive to non oil small cap stories at present. Having reinvested a large slice of cash in q4, those investments are already showing a collective 20%+ rise, which makes a change :).

I do not think either of those fits the case, the indicated volume is too low. Perhaps buyers are doing so ahead of the FY results in December.

O/T. take a lok at QPP & latest RNS.

azalea - let the action begin!! My wild guess is perhaps the Artoka stake is finally being off loaded/offered to who ever wants it. Or is it Hoyer?

Quite interesting and sizeable volume today. Can't get an online quote to buy even a mere 30k; selling not a problem.

Bid 7.25p. china's growth in GDP dipped to 7.4%(how awful), could have touched bottom as well.

Could be, two buys @ 7.42p & 7.5p sucking up 325k.

I'm sitting tight. The more that's bought the less there is in free float. Sinotrans didn't buy a 35% stake @ 11p on a whim. Bid now 7p

I have a gut feeling there is a buy recommendation or a mention in some publication. The level of buy volume since the results announcement ,both small and large along with the rise in the share price has got me thinking.

The trades were posted at the same time and had the volumes been identical I would have surmised a 'rollover'; the prices indicated a sell. In which case the surprise is that the share price continued to rise. According to Morningstar(subscription),the combined major holdings are a tad under 85%. Interesting times.

Edit: As an after thought, the order/s to sell could have been made days before they were completed on the 9/10 and prior to the latter it could have been the reason why the share price was depressed. I wonder who bought them

What do make of those two trades that went through at 16.20

5,100,398 @ 4.902p & 5,100,00 @ 5p

Obviously a sell?

A further 500k (a mere £35k worth) should take the bid thru the 7p mark. A couple of million more will send the MM scurry desperately to find sellers.

If the directors had bought my alert would have been triggered. That said, directors van Rissen bought 125k @ 6p(2,342,500) and Rolph 150k @ 5.5p(605,491) on 18/6/12.

Albeit the volume of buys these past few days are not huge, given the relatively few in free float they must be putting pressure on the MM to fill the orders. Moreover, the 35.26% stake bought @ 11p, is always a lurking incentive to trigger a bid. A new broker's forecast would be interesting.

I can only guess we are seeing directors nibbling in the market. Couple of 50's gone through which leads me to think it's them.

While at first hand it may not have appeared so, I felt the trading statement was fairly encouraging in light of the tough economic environment. 2-3 down the road and this will pay rich dividends (not as in dividends)

Up 6% on the bid, not many shares in free float.PI nibbling this morning.
