16/2/2012 15:17 | I feel like a little topper sailboat caught in the wake of a maesrk super-sized container ship here, but amazingly the tick up back to 6.5p mid was as a result of me buying 35,000 at 6.3p, again showing as a sell because it was below the mid of 6.38 at the time. Not sure i'll ever understand MMs | davydoo
10/2/2012 22:24 | GHF you are most welcome. | the big fella
10/2/2012 19:39 | GHF - nice one...the fundamentals are all there, just needs to get on the radar. I guess you also managed to get below the mid price... | kimball808
10/2/2012 17:00 | Okay, I gave into temptation and bought a few. Only a few mind, force me to research further. Quite a few savvy investors here (you know who you are ;-) and they look good value. Regards GHF | glasshalfull
09/2/2012 14:26 | Thinking of buying a train set for my one year old daughter, just so that i can get these | davydoo
09/2/2012 11:12 | Just doing some internet trawling. Looks like a giant game of lego. Not sure about being a container 'spotter' i bet even train spotters tease them | davydoo
09/2/2012 08:47 | Managed to pick up some more at 6.56...could not even get a bid price on line...not sure if any shananagans are going on in the backgroud to reflect share price movement in the last couple of days...hope a shocker is not suddenly come out of the wood work??? | kimball808
08/2/2012 18:05 | tell me i'll regret it and I'm sure all will be fine | davydoo
08/2/2012 18:00 | Ah!! that explains it. I was looking at that trade and somehow couldn't figure out if it was a sell. davydoo I won't say anything-don't wish to put the mockers on. | rathkum
08/2/2012 16:47 | In amongst all the selling yesterday, one of the reported sells of 50,000 at 6.59, slightly higher than the sells at 6.5p, was actually me buying | davydoo
07/2/2012 17:18 | Don't forget Norbert dentures dangle is in there with a significant holding aswell I'm just going to leave that autocorrect error because it made me laugh. | davydoo
07/2/2012 16:32 | Seems like someone has finally given up on Interbulk. See how this moves and even I may be tempted at these prices. This impasse with Sinotram holding 35%, Artoka 23% and Hoyer 13%? has to play out eventually, can't go for ever. Hoyer is in a hopeless position and Artoka's holding is held by the banks waiting for a decent offer from Sinotrams. Give it 12-18 months for it to be resolved. | rathkum
07/2/2012 14:07 | rathkum - 3 Feb'12 - 16:28 - 260 of 261 You won't regret buying at 6.9p oh yeah? Some persistent small selling today. But im happy with anything under 7p. Perhaps this is under pressure because of the BDI falls and news of some shipping rates going negative. But thats ships, not intermodal containers. | davydoo
05/2/2012 19:53 | Just got round to reviewing the 2011 stats....silly me Can not believe how under the radar this company is... current share price is at a discount to the sector by 85% (sector in general has increased by 7.23% since the beginning of the year)...For 2013 its at a 134% discount at today's prices... Book price of 17.8p per share...Cashflow per share 1.48p reducing debt increasing cash... safely tucked away in the SIPP... | kimball808
03/2/2012 16:28 | You won't regret buying at 6.9p | rathkum
03/2/2012 15:54 | Unfortunately i seem to have lost my trousers with deep pockets. I've been using Januarys gains to cream off some profits, and this is my primary destination for them, and will be up to 7.5p, where there is still 50% upside to the 11p placing price. Also its good to know the company can't issue shares below 10p | davydoo
03/2/2012 15:50 | Keep buying then! | the big fella
03/2/2012 15:45 | Just bought 45,000. Seems enough to have lifted the price a little again. | davydoo
01/2/2012 10:23 | Ive just been looking at the outstanding warrants. I always liked the fact that Bank of Scotland had warrants at 10p, it was a nice achievable target, and hopefully kept them interested beyond simply extracting the highest possible interest rate. Interesting to see that 20% or approx 3m were cancelled, i wonder on what basis they decided that? Also another 10m outstanding, but at 25p and expiring this April, they're unlikely to be exercised. Theres also approx 2m share options with an exercise price of 20p. Which is achievable, and so should still serve as an incentive. In summary I'm pleased, enough to incentivise, but not enough to drastically dilute | davydoo
01/2/2012 10:11 | Thats not how i understand it rathkum, other than perhaps a procedure of making offer that is then not accepted. | davydoo
31/1/2012 15:39 | This from the placing document in May last year. Does it mean they could a lower offer after May 2012? Any views? With the share hovering in the 7p ish range isn't that a possibility? 6. Waiver of Rule 9 of the City Code Under Rule 9 of the City Code, any person who acquires an interest (as defined in the City Code) in shares which, taken together with shares in which he is already interested and in which persons acting in concert with him are interested, carry 30 per cent. or more of the voting rights of a company which is subject to the City Code, is normally required to make a general offer to all the remaining shareholders to acquire their shares. An offer under Rule 9 of the City Code must be made in cash and at the highest price paid by the person required to make the offer, or any person acting in concert with him, for any interest in shares of the Company during the 12 months prior to the announcement of the offer. Persons acting in concert comprise persons who, pursuant to an agreement or understanding (whether formal or informal), actively co-operate to obtain or consolidate control of, or frustrate the successful outcome of an offer for, the Company. Immediately following Admission, Sinotrans HKL will be interested in 165 million Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 35.3 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital. Due to the size of its shareholding in the Company following Admission, Sinotrans HKL and Sinotrans propose to enter into a Relationship Agreement with the Company. The Relationship Agreement, which will be conditional upon Admission, will contain provisions to regulate their relationship with the Company. In addition, under the terms of the Relationship Agreement, Sinotrans HKL will agree not to sell its Ordinary Shares for one year following Admission and, in the six months following the first anniversary of Admission, to only sell Ordinary Shares through the Company's broker. Further details of the Relationship Agreement are set out in paragraph 7.3 of Part IV of this documen | rathkum
31/1/2012 15:05 | I was in PHU briefly, for breakeven and a div if i recall. Seemed to be a simple business with a lot of layers and fees, leaving little for shareholders. This is my return to INB, having taken an exit immediately after the Sinotrans placing, for a decent return. Never expected at that time to be able to come back at this price, and with some decent figures, and tables turned on the bank a little, behind them too. | davydoo
31/1/2012 14:59 | That's a blast from the past. No, I bought in via the initial placing from memory. I sold not long after listing as my views on property were starting to change at the time (proved right for once :) ). I haven't followed it in any detail since. I have been in these for a while have paid prices ranging from 2.5p to 7.5p. They are a solid company doing all the right things. The fact that the chineese paid over 50% more than me does help me sleep well at nights! | the big fella
31/1/2012 14:50 | TBF, i notice you set up the PHU thread many years ago. Do you still have an interest? | davydoo
31/1/2012 14:08 | Davy - yes that's the way I see it. Plus the current valuation is hardly demanding. | the big fella |
