24/1/2007 17:41 | well done those that have added/bght...to be fair we all rate SCSW...will be interesting if the editor did as he suggested and sold... I think this should build momentum here..still cheap as chips imo | kalmar
24/1/2007 13:20 | If it breaks through 80p, we're off! | kebab77
24/1/2007 12:59 | Agreed. I usually use strict stop losses myself. However, on a fairly illiquid stock with great fundementals, you have to stay the course if you are going to make the serious money. In this particular case, market maker manipulation was obvious since they knew everybody's stop loss! Anyway, that's all in the past. As I said, I think a large rise is now imminent. Probably up to 100p initially. Andy | andysand
24/1/2007 12:53 | I bet those subscribers to SCSW that followed their advice re stop loss are really kicking themselves now. I used it as an opportunity to top up. | livinginhope
24/1/2007 12:26 | This seems to be a breakout fro the downtrend beginning OCT/SEP. If so, a very sharp rise is likely! Andy | andysand
24/1/2007 12:23 | just bought 4k more at 79.4p. And up went the bid; I think the small sells that sent this down are mopped up now and the trading postion being communicated by ITW's broker might be getting through to others now | silverfern

24/1/2007 07:33 | Lots of volume yesterday - any ideas why? | kebab77
23/1/2007 21:45 | The dodgy aspect is the 5% shareholder called Diverso i think in the prospectus. I beloieve it is an introducer and a loose holder. | leytonorient
23/1/2007 20:58 | Btw have you tried going thru those 183m sites to find just what you need? It's like p2p free file-sharing. Yes, you can expect to get the entire Radiohead album after two weeks of patient searching and slow d'loading various bitrates, or you can shell out £5.50 and download the album at 320kbps from their record co website in 20 minutes. That's the model. | silverfern
23/1/2007 18:07 | Just like people love their cars, people love their phones. You pay to download something onto your phone, it is yours forever. It is also portable so that you can show your friends, look at it on the bus, show everyone your phone background and a 'consume' it at almost any time of the day. This kind of stuff is like a commodity, there will always be demand and always a market. It will never go out of fashion, just the delivery technology may change. | polythene
23/1/2007 17:48 | Seriously, if you type xxx into Google you get 193,000,000 web site references. A lot of these offer free content. That's an awful lot of competiton. ITW would need to offer something radically different to attract more punters. Might be worth an investment if there were some shareholder perks though... | emajor
23/1/2007 10:21 | exactly silverfern :-) | kalmar
23/1/2007 09:45 | Added a few this morning. | wiganer
23/1/2007 09:43 | The presentation is today for ITW so it will be interesting to see if it has any effect. There is also a similar event on the 29th January. DS describe it as an ad hoc event rather than a roadshow. Has anybody any idea what the difference is ? | kimboy2
23/1/2007 08:07 | emajor- you have a choice. Don't smoke, don't drink, don't leave a carbon footprint, don't fight wars, or make weopons, don't sponsor political parties, don't support America, don't pander to the middle-east, don't be fooled by those that would spend their company's money on themselves, don't support newspaper barons or other propogandists. Don't invest in any company that encourages you to do any of these. Now, there's an ethical investment policy. If you want to add one more category feel free. | silverfern
22/1/2007 20:29 | Slight error in my dates earliar Kalmar. The second presentation is on the 29th rather than the 30th. The fact they are doing presentations heartens me as they wouldn't really be going around promoting the company if they didnt have a good story to tell. I did actually only buy ITW for a short term trade knowing that the stop loss was forcing sellers to drive the price down and once they were cleared the price would recover. Now ive had a change of heart and will hold on for a few weeks to see what develops. | nickcduk
22/1/2007 20:24 | 4 December 2006 Interactive World Plc (AIM: ITW), the digital content technology company, is pleased to announce that it has increased its stake in Strictly Broadband Ltd ('SB') to 55.5%, an increase of 39.5% over its original 16% holding. Strictly Broadband is a profitable Video-on-Demand (VoD) specialist with a database of over 200,000 registered users. Have you seen the filth on this site - 200,000 registered users eh? Registered for what? The fool and his money club? | emajor
22/1/2007 17:38 | Thnks for that info nick....the stock is very illiquid..so a bit of buying and it can move very quickly...it tested lows and had a "tipsheet" stoploss rec...and thats the amount of selling???...poor effort at taking it lower imo | kalmar
22/1/2007 12:18 | We may get some excitement this week as Daniel Stewart are doing a couple of roadshow presentations on ITW i think. The reason why i only think it is because on their roadshow diary they have interactive pencilled rather than interactive world. As ITW is their only client with interactive in its name I would guess it is ITW. They are doing 2 presentations, one today and one on the 30th. Hopefully they have a good story to tell and we get some more buying. The market is pretty short of stock going by how much stock is on offer on the bid and on the offer. | nickcduk
22/1/2007 08:33 | Another little move up on just 3000! These could fly on any buying. | matt
20/1/2007 17:29 | plentymorefish....ju | kalmar |
