Good to see a little pick up on Friday, I would expect to see these gradually improve as we get closer to the year end 31st July (assuming they will make the forecast) when they will look a screaming buy.

I hope not because the year doesn't finish until 31 July, so it won't carry much weight now. 3 months til til results. Better would be late-July or same as last year.

if you click on News you will see Interim results were on 8/3/07. If you add six months to that you will get an idea of next results. You can do this with any company on the stock exchange, not just ITW - works pretty well since companies are obliged to release results twice a year. It is easier I believe to click on News and look in this way than to spend time typing the question for others to do that work for you. Hardly research, but DYOR is often useful methodology ahead of investing. Applied sarcasm is also often a useful tool when markets are heading down.

30% growth i here today from last year profit = 5.5 mill = 6p/e sounds cheap to me if presnt price & divi mantaind 9.5% o.n.y.m returned
