05/1/2011 08:45 | Question. If the London Stock Exchange shows this share as a riser of over 11% this session, then why does that rise not show on ADVFN % risers? Is this common amongst shares where little independent research is unavailable and interest is absent in this Company. How can we change that perception! | northernstock
04/1/2011 18:40 | Intellego returned to profit for the first half of the year. Revenues rose 17% while net profits of £63,000 are a marked improvement on last year's figures of a net loss of £323,315. In November the company announced that the launch of the first 2 libraries of training products, aimed at clients in financial services and healthcare services have been well received and in trial programmes with several leading financial institutions including a high street bank, an assurance companies, and a number of ifas. Intellego are confident of achieving the minimum target of £0.5m of sales with further sales in 2011 & 2012. With potential sales approaching £2.5m for the year the group will be sitting on 0.5 price/sales. Recently there has been some institutional buying as well as director purchases... A holdings RNS was released on the 5th November stating that Williams de Broe Ltd had gone from a holding of 10% to an increased holding of over 19%! Also the 17th November saw a further RNS detailing that SVM Asset Management Limited had gone above the 5% threshold. Then on the 20th December Angus Forrest (Chairman) acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.05p each at a price of 0.25p per share. Mr Forrest is now interested in a total of 18,510,234 ordinary shares, representing a holding of 5.27 per cent. All in all since the company got the CVA agreed it looks as though they have turned a corner. Achieved profit for the first time in the first half and a very decent sales pipeline approaching £2.5M currently. A great recovery play IMHO and a very good price to be buying at the moment, below the recent director purchase. Not one to put the mortgage on but well worth a punt at current levels (possibly more). GLA | mike_f
04/1/2011 14:55 | Seems to be some larger trades in here recently and after the director buy of late I have bought back in. Never thought I would see a buy price of .21p again as Angus purchased 2,000,000 the other day @ .25p! Shows a vote of confidence and I am very happy to be holding here again :) GLA | mike_f
20/12/2010 16:27 | Good news! AF has realised that talking about potential in vague RNSs and then failing to deliver isn't going to work any more to lift the share price. It's about time he picked up the slack in the market - good on him. | gogoneko
25/11/2010 13:35 | "These products are in trial programmes with several leading financial institutions including a high street bank, an assurance companies, and a number of ifas. The directors believe that this is a good start and should lead to achievement of the minimum sales target of GBP500,000 and sales should continue through 2011 and 2012." So that's more Forrest-speak of minimal progress and no revenues but endless jam tomorrow potential. How many times have revenues met his and his directors' expectations? A single binary digit should be enough for the answer. | gogoneko

05/11/2010 07:55 | It just represents 40m of the shares from the placing ending up in a nominee account of someone who was already a majority shareholder. I read it as someone who has been forced to dip hands into pockets in order to stop losing everything to creditors, in much the same way as Angus Forrest has had to do with his participation. Of the 84m issued, Angus Forrest had to buy 10m and this other existing shareholder (probably a guy called Denton who some talk about) 40m.... it shows a financial support of the desperate more than a support of the willing. | gogoneko
05/11/2010 07:10 | great news regarding major interest | lalria
01/11/2010 18:18 | I'd guess that today's dumping of 5m + is the conclusion of the tara7 (and accomplices) pump and dump operations. Hopefully nobody took any notice of their deceitful and misleading garbage. | gogoneko
01/11/2010 17:56 | Jambo172, The company barely has enough to squeak by and desperately needs money to continue operating, just as in the prior six-month period. A profit is nice in an RNS and is a positive sign, but you have to look at all the numbers. | gogoneko
01/11/2010 10:42 | Placing shores up the balance sheet. No more money required. Profitable turnaround. Upward from here. | jambo172
01/11/2010 09:05 | By the company? | gogoneko
01/11/2010 08:53 | Yet more money needed to be raised | lalria
28/10/2010 13:09 | Hmm! 1m sold today (so far), 1.6m yesterday, 1.5m+ the day before.... who had that much to sell for a profit I wonder! Unsurprisingly it's virtually identical bulletin board and trading activity as PLE when tara7 arrived there. | gogoneko
27/10/2010 10:32 | Sells at 4.1p = buyer in thev wings.! | tara7
27/10/2010 08:29 | If this company can make 500k in a full year on a tax free pe of 20 your share price will 10 bag.!! | tara7
27/10/2010 08:03 | One can buy the whole company for a million quid.!! | tara7
26/10/2010 18:06 | Nice big fat buy at the end of the day, if its a directors buy , we will have lift off .!! | tara7
26/10/2010 14:30 | By the way today after research i bought into BOOM, when everyone else will not get near it. Why you ask.? £4M market cap [two of that in cash,] £600,000 first half profit, no debt, £57M order book .!!!!!!!!!!!! | tara7
26/10/2010 14:27 | Fair points, yes i am a bull, looking on the upside, [most look down.] PLE has to date not moved, however thats not to say it never will and todays price could yet be a steal.! | tara7
26/10/2010 14:23 | I think that many who target thinly traded AIM stocks and have sufficient resources to cause a stock shortage would be able to claim similar success (if their ego wanted to). I was drawing investor attention to the fact that on our previous encounter you attempted to justify completely unrealistic share price action derived from a complete lack of understanding of the company, its history, or its future. Furthermore you would not engage in any form of sensible debate as you would claim foolishly that the company's past was not relevant to the future, just as you are trying to do here. Perhaps you are right here whereas in PLE you were clearly wrong. | gogoneko
26/10/2010 14:11 | Gogoneko PLE is infact higher than my posting price.!! | tara7
26/10/2010 14:10 | None of us can or do get it right 100% of the time. My point is this buy 10 tiny Aim stocks and you will get some real winners. My 10 for 2010 has STL doubled CSS doubled Leo doubled, and NTA up 830%, with WTH and STP U/C one can see what i mean. Plus in 2009 i won the ADVFN share comp with a 366% gain.!! I am not god, but i can spot winners , good luck. | tara7
26/10/2010 14:03 | tara7, For someone whose strategy is simple, i.e. create a stock shortage (in collaboration with others I expect) then devote time to a ramping the stock while offloading into the ensuing spike when possible, you're not really someone with many morals yourself. Someone as deceitful as yourself calling someone else a cheat isn't justifiable. Perhaps you should revisit your PLE thread ( ), as your share prices forecasts of £1 - £2.74 and 10p per day increases haven't quite been achieved. Do you have similar expectations here? | gogoneko |
