29/9/2009 16:53 | Well the RN still isn't showing on Proquote so I'd guess the bulk of the City hasn't seen it. The market weakened later on in the day too. These are going higher tho imo. no dent and 20% of the mkt cap in cash here - by the time you strip that out these are on a fwd PE of 12 if they don't even beat forecasts. In the US these would be trading on 25 PE. The results are Nov 25th approx - these will firm all the way over the next 8 weeks imo. CR | ![]() cockneyrebel
29/9/2009 16:37 | The winners will be those that hang on to this stock. Very difficult to hold on to gains in a volatile market. What you win one day on one stock you are likely to lose the next on another. This company is going places and the shareprice will move up with it. | ![]() volsung
29/9/2009 16:34 | very disapponited with the reaction. this does not seem to want to get up to the 100p level again, ill give it a final chance tomorrow otherwise might as well move on to other stuff thats actually moving Good co. and will do well in the medium term but in this market you have to take advantage of the volatility and if stocks just linger then time to move on imo | 5magic
29/9/2009 15:30 | Might have been a better reaction with an rns. Prompted me for a top up anyhow. | ![]() bigbigdave
29/9/2009 14:15 | September 29, 2009 08:50 AM Eastern Daylight Time Intec Americas Completes Outsourcing Contracts with Leading US Service Providers Carrier Volumes Showcase the Performance of Intec Products and Supporting Services ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intec, a global provider of business support systems (BSS) solutions, announced today the completion of two multi-year, multi-million dollar renewal agreements for its US- domestic inter-carrier billing services. This is the second multi-year renewal for one of North America's leading MSOs, and an additional term for the other, a top five local exchange carrier, which also uses Intec to service its wireless inter-carrier billing. Both carriers are aiming to drive continued revenue optimization through access billing revenues and inter-carrier settlement, supported by Intec's market-leading InterconnecT CABS (Carrier Access Billing) software and the expertise of Intec's professional services team. Both providers are supported from Intec's Managed Services center located in its Americas headquarters in Atlanta, GA. In addition to its other services, the Atlanta center generates $720 million annually in CABS billings on behalf of Intec's customers. Intec is renowned for the outstanding performance of its software applications in terms of processing and throughput. While Intec processes volumes in excess of 1.6 billion CDRs a month on behalf of these two service providers alone, this is only a fraction of the 40 billion CDRs the Intec Managed Services processes per month for one of the USA's largest mobile operators. Intec's Managed Services operation uses Inter-mediatE, Intec's market-leading mediation product, as the preprocessor for InterconnecT CABS. The InterconnecT CABS application is currently benchmarked at 1 million EDRs per minute in Intec's service bureau environment. "We are delighted that these two market leaders have, once again, chosen Intec to support their inter-carrier billing and settlement," said Ian Watterson, Intec VP Americas. "Intec's hard-earned reputation as a trusted vendor and partner means that operators can rely on us to help maximize their revenue earning potential, while providing the market intelligence and expertise to ensure their compliance with changing regulations." Intec supports the CABS billing operations of more than 30 U.S. carriers, via its service bureau, ranging from large Tier 1 communications and cable companies to smaller CLECs and independent rural carriers. About Intec Intec supplies solutions to over 60 of the world's top 100 telecoms carriers, and is one of the world's fastest growing suppliers of Business Support Systems (BSS) solutions. Intec's 400 plus customers include AT&T, Antel, Cable & Wireless, The Carphone Warehouse (UK), China Unicom, Deutsche Telekom, Eircom (Ireland), France Telecom, Hutchison 3G, O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Telefonica, Vodafone, Virgin Mobile, Vivo and Verizon. Intec works closely with its customers, many of whom have been with Intec since its inception, to add real value and ROI to their business by providing the highest standards of performance, flexibility and robustness to help communications service providers service their customers effectively and profitably. Retail billing and customer management Multi-service mediation and activation Inter-carrier billing settlements including US CABS and ITU-based settlement End-to-end content partner management Optimized wholesale routing and trading Real-time pre/post-paid mediation and charging Pre-integrated solutions for wholesale, wireless and core IMS charging functions Founded in 1997, Intec is listed on the London Stock Exchange (ITL.L) and has over 1,600 staff and 31 offices in 24 countries | 5magic
