28/1/2016 09:21 | Tremendous update, happy holding these a real success story. | wanttowin
28/1/2016 08:32 | Very happy with the update and the chart breakout through 14p looks inevitable before too long, I agree. The share price will probably then make up for lost time, as that is often the way of things. | saucepan
28/1/2016 07:36 | Good, solid update, with revenues in particular ahead of expectations and order books rising fast, providing that strong visibility of revenue which the market loves. And "we have a very strong platform for growth which we are continuing to experience in the current year". Panmure now forecast 1.17p EPS this year (with a 0.33p dividend). A P/E of only 11 means there's up to 40% upside for this fast-growth yet conservatively-accou | rivaldo
28/1/2016 07:34 | Actually if my maths is correct, if you strip out the acquisition the company actually cleared its debt down to 0, which shows strong cash generation. | funkmasterp12
28/1/2016 07:33 | Very strong against strong comparables too! Debt up, but as expected. This is the first time I've seen the company say they have three YEARS visibility of revenue - that is very good to hear. The PE here should re-rate. I hope we'll see a break of 14p finally today but fair value now is surely back up at 16/17p.All imo. | funkmasterp12
28/1/2016 07:09 | Strong trading update. | 1gw
27/1/2016 09:18 | Thanks rivaldo. I would prefer them to not increase the divi too much, in preference to reducing the debt. | pj 1
27/1/2016 09:15 | An article looking at 3 small caps held by Mark Slater, including INSE.... "Energising growth Inspired Energy describes itself as one of the largest energy consultants in the UK. The firm provides a range of energy advisory services and intelligent energy solutions to the industrial and commercial sector. Operations include buying strategies, market intelligence, negotiation and contract management solutions, all developed according to client-specific needs, the firm says. That sees the company involved in energy procurement, market analysis, historical audits, energy management, bureau services and renewable energy projects. Business has been brisk and the firm sports an impressive record of earnings' growth over the last five years or so. Today, with the shares at 13.75p, Inspired Energy trades on a forward P/E ratio of just over 12 for 2016 and promises a 2.5% dividend yield. Forward earnings look set to cover the payout a healthy 3.2 times, suggesting the directors see plenty of potential for further expansion from here." | rivaldo
26/1/2016 22:32 | Gave this company the opportunity to quote on new Electrical supply for our company.Very efficient & friendly on the phone ... Then failed to call back as promised.Tried again the next day.Got a quote with several different options which was cheaper than we had been offered by current supplier but, a quick phone call to another such market participant (Norther Gas & Power) quickly beat INSE's offer by a very clear margin. Both were offering electric from B Gas.So, from a one-off personal experience of their operation .. Little to recommend them. | mattjos
26/1/2016 15:12 | Trading Statement due any day now if historical patterns are anything to go by. Looking forward to seeing the impact of the acquisitions on revenue/profit in particular. | funkmasterp12
25/1/2016 16:21 | Another little nibble for me(28803), not showing yet... | gymratt
22/1/2016 18:41 | After that director sell off there must be plenty of shares still swilling about. | petersinthemarket
22/1/2016 17:36 | The 'bowl' will still be intact even if the share price dips to support of 12p....all the stronger to bounce off to 17p when the TS comes out.... | gymratt
22/1/2016 17:33 | Blimey! If 'Mr 50k man' persists, we might have a top-up opportunity :) | gymratt
22/1/2016 16:44 | That's bound to happen - I bought some yesterday. | alan@bj
22/1/2016 14:44 | someone is dumping stock today | wanttowin
19/1/2016 15:25 | I can get 200k shares at 13.71 through the phone broker. The market is very wild, just watching for now. If only you had paid over 14p, the resistance would have been broken.GL | modform
19/1/2016 09:51 | I've bought some more on the back of that. Bit the bullet on trying to get a limit order filled at a lower price and paid nearly 14p for them (went through on ICAP and not showing on advfn trades listing). I guess the Livingbridge notice is another part of the "strong institutional demand" referenced in the directors sale RNS, but that still only accounts for a relatively small % of those sold, doesn't it? 34m shares sold by directors (RNS 12th Jan) 6.9m shares bought by Slater Investments (RNS 12th Jan) 7.5m shares bought by Livingbridge (RNS 19th Jan) So still about 20m shares unaccounted for. Hopefully more TR-1's to come. | 1gw
19/1/2016 09:43 | RNS last night - Livingbridge have bought another 7.5m shares and are now up to 53.1m shares, or 11.3%. Very keen :o)) | rivaldo
14/1/2016 19:18 | I also like the chart here and have taken a holding. Think it currently has characteristics of Bulkowski's Cup with handle and have calculated the target [16.8] based on his stats. A bigger bowl, could be confirmed with an eod close above the high at approx 18.6. | bamboo2
14/1/2016 15:54 | Thank you so much, PJ1. You're very kind. :) | gymratt
14/1/2016 13:07 | Gymratt, have quickly done it, will update once the web site reflects true position PJ | pj 1
14/1/2016 12:24 | Hello PJ1..would it be possible to update the header re: 'significant shareholders' ? TIA | gymratt
14/1/2016 12:20 | Just had a little nibble! The chart looks 'bowltastic' and ready to blow and if it's good enough for Slater..... ;) | gymratt |
