Something brewing perhaps switching from UTW as Panmure suggested some months ago

well its moved on reasonable volume compared to previous month, not sure if its a breakout yet as the bar charts paint a different picture to the line charts

I picked up my 250k at about 11p in July so I am a relative newbie :)

Ref: no activity / PR. Looking back at my records I first bought in at 4.225p on 5/2/13. Sold some at 17p and traded a bit around 10p. I for one just wish for no change and that the company remains too busy doing good business to spend time / money on PR etc ....in the meantime I will watch patiently as my shareholding grows in value.

Been out for the day, so nice to return to these new recent highs...

Nice buys of 100k, 95k, 50k etc....I've given up predicting when a stock will move. It could simply be that an institution has alighted on INSE's cheap valuation and growth prospects and has bought in accordingly.

Unless we get a new contract/client RHS tomorrow morning, in which case all will be explained :o))

looks like a breakout to me, just needs volume

Indeed. There does appear to be something going on in the background. It can't be that folks are finally waking up to the low valuation.
The chart has been trending up (albeit slowly) this year.

The Risk is that INSE have sounded the Market out via Nomad but received a luke warm response from existing II's and now have to look further afield.

Hopefully not at a discount but that's probably wishful thinking on my part.

Assuming it is a fund raise off course.

Company has said it wants to expand, not short of cash and debt down from last year,so a good acquisition has to be a positive.Canny management bunch here, can't see them overpaying for owt.

An acquisition, so long as it is earnings enhancing and at the right price would be no bad thing.

I fear it may be that too. Though quite why is not really clear, it's not as if the company needs cash unless there's a big acquisition on the cards.

I hope it's purely to extend PR/get a bit more interest in the stock.

Its obv cos of a fund raising - why else have they got a joint broker?

fund raise / acquisition has to be the best guess. Just imo

Total and utter lack of PR and a contended holding base I think.

We know INSE won't change their policy of providing more regular updates - so unfortunately September -> January is a "dark period". Traditionally it has been a good point to top up as the price has drifted, but this time it just looks as if it has been suspended!

Curious to understand more about the appointment of a joint broker and what they're bringing to the table for their fees.

I don't see any other time in Inspireds history for trading to be so flat/non existent. Is that a good sign? contented holders? or a reason to worry?

Joint brokers to me can either be good (more promotion/coverage) or bad (greater chance of getting a cash call away).INSE don't need cash desperately so assuming hopefully the former applies here.

Hi Riv, If one was not doing the Business then why should two>? Increased costs, obviously for some reason

RNS - Panmure appointed as joint broker alongside Shore Capital. Does this herald a period of increased corporate activity/company promotion or somesuch?
