12/12/2022 19:35 | Liontrust Micro Cap Fund - November 2022: The position in energy procurement management company Inspired was sold due to ongoing concerns over the low conversion of profits into cash and the level of debt in the business. In recent trading periods the company had seen more cash consumed by working capital as a result of overdue debtor balances from specific customers, as well as the more working capital intensive shift towards “energy optimisation” services, where payment terms are skewed in favour of end customers. This dynamic, in addition to a significant current contingent consideration liability, caused concerns over the level of balance sheet stretch into the coming financial year. | simon gordon
02/12/2022 11:21 | Rivaldo, yes their purchase adds weight to the good results. What a lot of people don't figure out on this board is that forward earning are all tied into fixed term recurring revenue contracts, the only risk us if these contracts fall over, but I've must assume that the BOD have these risks cover by way of insurance?? | 1224saj
02/12/2022 11:00 | Rising nicely again. I'm even more convinced that this was a forced institutional seller after fund redemptions etc given the way the price is rebounding. Diesel, we'll never know for sure of course, but the likelihood is surely that Otus Capital bought a significant number of shares the other day given the volumes being traded. | rivaldo
02/12/2022 10:17 | Not sure what the large volume of trades means but not sure that Otus have recently bought 50m shares just that their recent purchases have pushed them over the notifiable level. Certainly it feels like a long standing overhang has been cleared. | diesel
01/12/2022 16:09 | So is the seller's (or sellers') RNS(s) lost in the post, or are they still intending to offload some more before they finish and declare? | 1gw
01/12/2022 08:29 | I’ve added some more as this may mark a floor, plenty of opportunity to recover. | diesel
01/12/2022 08:09 | Game on :-) | 1224saj
01/12/2022 07:22 | Otus Capital Management have acquired 50.4m shares and now own 5.2%: | rivaldo
30/11/2022 11:58 | Who's just unloaded 18m+ at 7p | 1224saj
30/11/2022 11:35 | Up after another 20.4m shares traded already today. After all the recent volumes there will surely be some interesting holding RNS's coming soon. | rivaldo
28/11/2022 13:35 | If referring to the 2 million trade, that’s late reported from Friday. We know there is a stressed fund manager been bailing for a month or so. Some body needs to tell the boss | earwacks
28/11/2022 12:12 | Someone off loading big time. | pictureframe
28/11/2022 12:08 | Late trades still coming in from Friday?? | 1224saj
25/11/2022 17:27 | 10% of the company traded in one day, somethings happening for sure, we'll know more on Monday. I got my buy order in for market best at open | 1224saj
25/11/2022 17:16 | Think the cat is finally out of the bag. Millions of late reported share sales. It is indeed another thick o fund manager selling. Presumably the truth will put on Monday and we should see some frenzied buying as the market makers release the stocks they have been accumulating on the sly | earwacks
25/11/2022 16:30 | 1224. Red herring? Possibly. Dangerous to speculate. Topped up once at 11p. Won’t do that again. Too many other bargains around now as well. Will just sit tight. Like Rivaldo says possibly another distressed fund manager. Absolutely right though these fund managers are really thick or they just don’t care because it’s not their money. | earwacks
25/11/2022 16:24 | Serious volumes (for good or bad?) | bollers
25/11/2022 13:53 | Lots of activity now? | 1224saj
25/11/2022 13:28 | Ear, my view on this from the positive trading update on the 6th September and the lack of an RNS and director purchases is that it's in a closed period due to market sensitive negotiations?? Even the 250000 buy this morning could be seen as a red flag if it is not an arms length transaction away from the directors. I have a large position and like most on this board including the institutions, I'm heavily underwater, I hope for all our sakes, I hope I'm right and that there's a major interest from a 3rd party???Good luck to all, I'm staying in. | 1224saj
25/11/2022 13:18 | Looks like the sell off started on 16th , look at the trades each day onwards. | pictureframe
25/11/2022 13:17 | Looks like someone just purchased 250,000. Who is mopping up all the sells? Not the directors. 75/80 percent owned by institutions. Very fishy. I suppose it just takes one big seller and then smaller holders get stop losses triggered and it spirals down. It’s hard enough for stocks that are doing really well in this environment. I thought Inse was supposed to be one of them. ‘Good strategic progress’ shore capital in September! | earwacks
25/11/2022 12:25 | as far as I know Gresham House still have c 300M INSE shares, only small volumes traded since then. A respected organisation, hopefully provides some confidence. Though agreed falls of this magnitude are worrying. | bollers
25/11/2022 12:11 | me too. (was) one of my larger holdings | bollers |
